Make your way to St. Paul's Chapel to meet your guide for your walking tour.
Your guide leads you around the World Trade Center site, including a visit to The 9/11 Memorial, and stops at some of the lesser-known memorials such as The 11 Tears Memorial, The 9/11 Cross, the Bell of Hope at St. Paul's Chapel, and the Fireman's Memorial.
You'll also see Brookfield Place and the Oculus — a new four billion dollar structure housing the third largest transportation hub in New York City, in addition to The Westfield Mall.
Your tour ends after two hours when it is time for your visit to One World Observatory. Your guide accompanies you to the entrance, then you proceed on your own to the Sky Pod elevators, which ascend more than 100 floors in less than one minute.
From the observation deck of One World Observatory, soak in sweeping views of Manhattan and beyond. Your visit to the observatory lasts approximately 1.5 hours, depending on your pace.

No, you don't need a ticket if you purchased this tour on line. I brought along a print out of the confirmation, just in case, but you don't really need anything except knowledge of where to meet the guide. She will have a record of your reservation. When you check in with her, just giver her your name and she will check you off on her tablet. That's all there is too it. Very simple.
