Jaclyn was a great tour guide. She was knowledgeable and kept a good pace. The weather was very cold and rainy and she was trying her best to tell us about the different event at a faster pace than normal because everyone was getting wet from the rain. Overall it’s a great way learn more of what happened on 9-11. This tour touched my heart and the museum is amazing. If your wanting to just browse the museum you will be through it in no time. We read and listened views many pictures and took us hours and we only viewed one side of the museum. Well worth the time. We also paid 20.00 more for a guided tour of the museum. It was great !

Met our tour group by St.Paul’s Chapel at 10:15am for a 10:30am tour. There was a crowd waiting in line. The tour operator was very organized. The line moved quickly as we were paired off with our guides in groups of 30’s ish (didn’t count). We were assigned Eric, a retired NYC High School principle. Eric was eloquent, informative & kept the tour interesting. When you compare prices of separate entrance fees to the museum and observatory plus a tour guide we felt it was well worth the money. Can’t speak for future prices. We were definitely pleased. Note: folks with mobility issues may have difficulties because of escalator’s & crowds - tour agency may offer a tailored tour? Highly recommend standard tour.

Me and my husband were so glad we went with the Guided Ground Zero Tour. Our tour guide was James, who was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic!

It was fantastic to hear from someone who lived in New York at the time of 9/11 and great to see/hear about some buildings we may not have known about without James!

It was a very surreal experience and I definitely shed a tear to two!

At the end of the tour James explained to us where the entrance was for the One World Observatory and also walked us to the correct queue for the 9/11 Memorial Museum, as there are a few different lines and can be a bit confusing.

Definitely highly recommend doing the guided tour and if you’re lucky enough you might end up with James as your tour guide!

We could not hear our tour guide at all. We asked him to talk louder and he said to get closer to his microphone. Fine but when you cover it with your binder it does no good. You also have to talk into it for it work. I feel it was extremely pricey to stand around and not hear anything. When you have everyone except a few get on their phones because they can’t hear you. Take the hint.

Tim is an amazing tour guide! From the time we were greeted until our departure, my son and I felt engaged with the group and the history of events at the World Trade Center. And we weren’t the only ones that felt this way as Tim remembered the names of people within the group and gave people the opportunity to share their insights. He made sure that everyone was able to hear him speak as he divulged interesting facts about the location and events of 9/11. Additionally, he made sure that group needs were tended to such as restroom breaks. Tim’s New Yorker attributes (such as his accent and responsive demeanor) also gave the tour more validity. When we return to explore more of New York’s history, we will book a tour with Tim because in such a brief period, he made us feel connected to this beautiful city. We highly recommend Tim to anyone who asks and look forward to spending time with him again.

I have nothing but compliments for the tour guide of the 9 11 memorial Jim Quinn is the man. you can tell his knowledge and passion is 2nd to none. he went above and beyond you felt so much emotion with his stories and experiences of the devastating day.

all access ticket is a bit of a scam. you do not get a guide for the musuem and nor do you get enough time on the afternoon slot to visit and full take in the musuem. they throuh us out as the musuem aparently closes at 5pm. This was very anoying as they did this when we got to the most imformative area and the best bit. We were like cattle being ushered out. I felt this was a waste of our money and will be reccomending friends not buy this ticket.

We loved the freedom tower it incredible. again this didnt feel all access as we had to pay another upgrade to use their handheld devices.

for me: tour guide 5 star
Freedom tower 4 star
musuem 2 star
Tour organisers 1 star

Easy to find meeting point for the activity, guide was a little over zealous but in saying that, you got more insight to the tour and found out more background so would recommend the tour. Weather was damp and cold, wrap up warm as there is a lot of standing in one place whilst the guide presents. The OWO is fantastic and a real show stopper at the start. No long queues and worth the money. North and south pools can be viewed FOC so could just do that without the museum to keep costs down if you are on a budget!

For starters, our tour host, Tim Douglas, was an absolutely phenomenal guide. Were it not for him, our experience with one of the most revered, memorialized and iconic places in the country, would not have had the same impact.

His breadth of knowledge of the City, it's history, it's people and places before, during and after the horrific events of 9-11, would not have had the same meaning nor left us with a sense of hope, rebuilding and renewal of life that it left my family. Tim is a master story teller, elocutionist, passionate about all things New York, yet gave our group the time to reflect on a tragedy which moves so many of us now, over 20 years later

My family and I highly recommend the Ground Zero Tour, especially if you can get Tim to be your guide. You won't be disappointed and something you must do, even it your stay in New York City is a brief one

An absolute must-see when in NYC. The all access ticket starts with a very well-done guided tour of the site and grounds of the memorial, and includes admission into the museum and the observatory tower. Our tour guide, Brian, did an outstanding job incorporating personal memories and local connections that were really meaningful and made for such a special tribute. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. (Tip: the first 90 minutes are all outdoors so dress warmly and be prepared for changing temperatures.)

Having Daniel as our walking tour guide was the best part of the tour! He was informative, talked loud enough for everyone to hear, described the past and present of the world trade center complex, educated the group on the things about the nearby buildings and memorial that a person visiting without a guide would not likely know about. He also shared his firsthand experience being near the twin towers that fateful day.
The museum was very overwhelming in my opinion so I would suggest setting aside several hours of your day to really take in everything the museum has to offer. The One World Observatory did not disappoint as well! The view from the top is like nothing I have seen before.
