Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We didn’t get the QR code and some places don’t do Go city. Like it’s good, the first time but not what we expect in our trip.

Go Pass has been easy to use and has a lot included. Totally worth the price, as it’s covered many of the admission tickets for attractions we have wanted to attend. Will look for a Go Pass in other cities I visit in the future.

We purchased a 3 day pass, but on the 3rd day our QR code disappeared. We planned to visit the Revere House and do the city view hop on-off trolley. We missed out! Had no idea how to contact Viator. No info on website. Just so disappointed! It would have been cheaper to pay for the sites we were able to visit! I still can’t find a phone number to call. It’s a rip off!

Was pretty disappointed. Went to the seven gables but couldn't go in the house because the pass only paid for the outside grounds. The witch museum was not really a museum. We missed out on the cool stuff because they where not included and I spent a lot on the Boston passes....

Several stops were closed. So disappointed in the tour trolley drivers. We had 3 men on 3 doff trolleys and we were lectured by all of them about talking. Over and over and over. At one stop everybody got off of this one guys trolley. He was soo rude. The strange thing was there was very little talking at all. . We had a lady named Cindy who was phenomenal- we learned so much about Boston and she never once mentioned talking. She kept the tour so interesting and fascinating and we were not treated like kindergartners.
Asked Cindy If she was driving tomorrow because We wanted to be on her trolley so we could learn more about the sites that we were lectured through today.

On a recent trip to Boston with two of my adult children, I had ordered the All-Inclusive Pass, thinking we might save a little. I bought the 5-day pass and received an email when I returned home that I had saved $95.25. I checked out the 10 places that I'd had time to visit, and that amount was correct. The Hop-on-Hop-Off trolley had an entertaining and knowledgeable driver; the Freedom Trail costumed guide led us through two cemeteries where notable Bostonians are buried; the USS Constitution Museum was very informative; Plimouth Pawtuxet Plantation and Mayflower II are well worth the time; the costumed guide at Lexington Battle Green was very well informed; and the Louisa May Alcott Orchard House in Concord was amazing. There are about 40 sites included in the pass for those who have a bit more time.

It was easy to use this pass. However I am disappointed about the Fenway park tour. We were promised a 10$ souvenir included with our pass. No worker knew what we were taking about and we never got it.
I wouldn’t trust all this company says.

Having never used Go City before I was really nervous about whether it was a good investment. Had read reviews and some were less than favourable. However purchased two 7-day all inclusive passes for my daughter and I for our Boston trip.
They were fantastic. Forgot to use them twice (when we visited Salem) but got in easily to ever attraction we wanted to visit. Well worth the money and I calculated we saved ourselves around £200

Great value! Highly recommended!!
When we looked at some of the reviews we thought this might have been a scam because some wrote horrible reviews and rated it a 1 but after calling some of the attractions they confirmed they accepted it so we tried it and were glad we did.
I think the bad ratings were due to Covid impacts on closing or limited access to some of the attractions. We had no problems and saved hundreds of $$.
Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) bought the 3-day pass and did the following:
CityView Trolley (2 days)
Children’s Museum
New England Aquarium
Museum of Science
Swan Boats
Paul Reveres House
If we had more time we would have done the guided tour of the Freedom Trail, Legoland Discovery, USS Constitution, sightseeing cruise, and Fenway Park tour. All of these and many more attractions are included.
It’s important to note that as soon as you use the pass it then uses consecutive days so you need to plan accordingly.

Do you have to do the attractions in the order it says or can you go when and wherever you want?

You can do as many or as little of the attractions that you want and in any order you want.
How Longtail pass is working
When I buy this pass how long used 2 or
3 month
Does the Duck boats run year round?
Also I see this says the Fenway park and Sam Adams tours are included in the package do we need to schedule times to take these tours?
Says admission to Boston a few times, but what in Boston? Also, does the admission to Sam Adams brewery include the tour/tasting?
Sam Adams brewery not included, have to book through Sam Adams website

So we buy the pass then call places included to get a reservation. For example, if we want a cruise, we buy this then call them directly for the reservation?

We took advantage of the Hop Hop On Hop Off tour and the subway to get from location to location if it was to far to walk.
