Your tour begins at a central meeting spot in San Francisco’s Hayes Valley neighborhood. Be sure to arrive 25-30 minutes early to get fitted to your electric bike and practice riding. Then, embark on a 20-mile (32-kilometer) journey through San Francisco’s quintessential neighborhoods, parks, and attractions. Over the course of your tour, ride through the Panhandle, the Richmond District, the Presidio, the Sunset, Haight-Ashbury, the Castro, and the Mission District. During your ride, enjoy views of the Golden Gate Bridge, cruise along the Pacific coastline, and bike the entire length of Golden Gate Park. Halfway through the tour, refuel with lunch at a local restaurant (at your own expense), where vegetarian and vegan options are available. Your tour concludes as you return to your original starting point in Hayes Valley.

You will need confidence and dexterity as we climb and descend very steep hills this tour. If you haven’t been on a bike in years, you must practice beforehand.

The electric bike tour through San Fransisco was the highlight of our trip to California and Washington. Josh, a San Fransisco native, took us on a delightful and informative tour through the many unique neighborhoods of the city, as well as Golden Gate Park and the presidio, showing us so many places, and via a route we never could have found on our own. The electric bikes allowed for as much or as little "electric assist" as one wanted. It was excellent; I highly recommend it!!

The perfect tour to get to know San Francisco!

We had a fantastic day today with Josh and a small group of six participants on the majestic tour. Josh has lived in San Francisco for many years and knows his way around extremely well, knows all the beautiful places, hidden insider tips and wonderful places to cycle there.

The bikes rode first class, the batteries actually lasted for the entire tour (although the tour was spontaneously extended). The lunch Josh ordered was delicious and the picnic afterwards very relaxing.

I'm not particularly athletic and was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up on the Tour. But that was unfounded: there were many little stops for explanations and tips. Thanks to the good wheels, I could start again tomorrow ;-)

My husband and I can unreservedly recommend this tour - it greatly enriched our trip to SF. Book this tour at the beginning of your trip : Josh has lots of great tips for good food, museums, etc.

So much fun.

This is my 3rd visit to San Fransisco. However I have seen more in the Majestic tour than my 3 visits combined. So much variety and you really get a feel for the different neighbourhoods and the history.

The best bit? The electric bikes are a hoot! So much fun wizzing around, peddling was really easy and enjoyable.

WOW - WHAT AN AMAZING BIKE TOUR

WOW - JUST AMAZING!!!

This was an absolutely superb day with Josh. He is such a nice guy and knows so much about the city as he gives you an incredible tour around all of the San Francisco neighbourhoods.

We had such a wonderful day. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone visiting San Francisco. It was particularly good with our kids.

Get out of the Tourist Traps - Go on the BEST e-bike Tour of SF

Tour guide Josh was extremely knowledgeable and informative - ask him anything. E-Bikes made mincemeat out of the steepest Hill climbs. This is THE way to do a tour outside of the downtown core - SF is such a compact city, and travelling by bike allows access to the small gems that are off the beaten path. The 6 hour tour flew by. We saw so many places that were but mentions on the hop-on hop-off type bus tour. Lots of places to stop and take pics or just marvel at the sights. Wall art/murals to sweeping ocean or Bay vistas, cityscapes galore! Lovely to go through the various neighbourhoods that make up San Francisco - each has its own vibe.

The tour was great! We loved knowing San Francisco riding eletric bikes. We could ride along different neighbourhoods throughout the entire city. The guide was very nice and knew a lot of San Francisco history. Highly recommended!

Best way to see the city!

David our guide was truly the reason this tour was so much fun. He kept a good pace and had interesting stops with great views and historical facts. I learned more about the city in one day than I did my whole life! Seeing the city by bike, and electric bike especially, is the best way because you really feel the city, much more so than in a car. (And walking would just take too long). I was a solo cyclist, but easily made new friends with the others in the group. The electric bike was really comfortable and easy to handle.

Awesone Streets of San Fran E-bike Tour

My 21 year old son and I had a great trip with David M on the Streets of San Francisco e-bike tour. #SOSF. Electric bikes really help navigate traffic and the hills. David provided tremendous history and found several out of the way places with the usual hot spots to make the tour memorable. Definitely give it a try.

Best way to discover San Franciso!

This trip will not show you all the touristic things where you can just walk around yourself, but this tour shows you what the "whole" San Francisco is like. You will see a lot of different neighbourhoods, just in one day. It's amazing! Besides, the tourguides will learn you a lot about the city, which makes this tour worth every dollar and minute spent in San Franciso.
