Our group was 9 and arrived on time to the meet up location. We were there before the owner arrived. This meant we had to rush through getting jackets, coffee and "breakfast" - if you count an oatmeal bar as breakfast. Also the use of...More
This tour was a disappointment and a complete joke. It’s advertised as driving up the mountain and biking down after seeing the sunrise. We get in the van and Jack, our driver, informs us that we won’t see the sun, and that it’ll be on...More
This was a fun bike ride down the volcano. If it was advertised as an early morning bike ride, then I wouldn’t have a problem. This was described as a “sunrise” ride (with a picture of the rising sun in the ad). But we were...More

We did this company 18 years ago, I’m sure it hasn’t changed based on reviews. The guys were nice, service was fine-EXCEPT- you ride a hand brake bike down the side of the volcano, with (what seems like) 100 hairpin turns. It’s frightening and very unsafe. Half way down we had to keep stopping because our hands were cramping. We are very fit and athletic, and thought this would be the better option. Nope. Go with the guided and foot brake bikes.
