    -LENGTH is approximately 45 minutes, including a 15 minute stop at the tiki hut for a coconut husking and opening. In just under a mile, cruise through farmland set against the mountains.
    -SITES are subject to seasonality but may include pineapple, coconut, mango, banana, coffee, plumeria, heliconia, macadamia nut, palms, papaya, ti leaf, starfruit, jackfruit, sugarcane, sweet potato, ulu, taro, herbs, lettuces, corn, avocado, rambutan, longan, citrus and more.
    -BOOKING should take place before you arrive at the Plantation.
    -BOARDING PASSES can be picked up at the Visitor's Kiosk in the central village (or at any cashier at the Plantation Store when you first park). Head up the path from the parking lot towards the western mountains. Look for a green and white kiosk.
    -MEET your guide at the boarding platform five minutes before departure time. Your guide will provide a brief introduction and you’re off to see paradise. Your guide will drive you throughout private Plantation grounds pointing out items of interest and giving a fun overview of all things tropical.

    The plantation is beautiful . However the cost of a 45 min tour where acoustics are bad and you really don’t see much, not worth it. Recommend walking around the plantation then eating at The Mill, skip the tour.

    My wife and I visited the Maui Tropical Plantation as part of a value pass we purchased which included the Atlantis submarine, Maui Ocean Center, and Bailey House Museum. The grounds of the plantation are beautiful. The "express" is essentially a tram ride around the plantation.

    This plantation was a beautiful place to visit. Our ride on the Maui Tropical Express was great and our guide was excellent. We even learned how to crack a coconut! I highly recommend this beautiful place. You get to have samples of the tropical fruit at the end also.
