Great guide, we really liked her. Food wasn’t that good. First stop fried green tomato and rice, second stop a spice shop with popcorn and saltines, third stop oyster restaurant and we had soup hush puppy and pimento cheese dip, fourth place candy shop, and last stop was

Response from BulldogTours1, Manager at Savor the Flavors of Charleston Walking Food Tour
Responded 4 weeks ago
christyannef2020, We are very sorry you were disappointed in the tours you took with us while in Charleston. The food on the culinary is chosen specifically to highlight the history of our city and its culinary traditions. As far as the ghost tour, it looks as if you requested the guide specifically, so we would love to hear more about why you were left disappointed in that tour as well. We encourage you to reach to our Tour Guide Manager, Andrew Kuhn, at andrew@bulldogtours.com to discuss more of what went wrong, how we can do better, and what we can do to make this up to you and your party. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

A nice tour by Nancy with goof commentary in the influence of food on Charleston life over time. I would have like a bit more commentary on the city when we were walking between food stops.

Franny was our guide and she was great! Easy to talk to and lots of good information. My favorite on the trip was believe it or not the grits from a chain- Another Broken Egg. Never thought I liked grits but turns out, I’ve just had some really bad grits. These are amazing!
