A flight in a plane specially fitted with panoramic viewing windows lets you see incredible views of the Grand Canyon, while touring with a guide provides insight you’d otherwise miss. Then, tour the inside of Hoover Dam, a lesser-visited attraction many visitors skip on their own.

The tour experience of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam will always be one of my favorite experiences. The tour was well organized everything was on time without feeling rushed at no time. The tour guides and bus drivers were extremely friendly and cordial. Great value for the money. It made our 1st visit to Vegas even more memorable. Would highly recommend.

Long day all In all but worth the great views and pictures which will last a lifetime. I’d just like to mention our driver Thomas L- what a credit to his company this man is. He was worth the price of the ticket all on his own- he was so funny and kept the bus entertained there and back with jokes and interesting trivia- I now know more about Joshua trees than I did before. A very, very cool dude! He personally thanked each passenger as they got off the bus and deserved all the tips he got. So glad to have had Thomas as our driver.

What a fantastic day with Gray Line Tours Las Vegas! We were picked up on time and taken to the meeting hub. It was fantastic organisation by the company and the information to what to do next was spot on. Once we arrived at the hub we upgraded to the helicopter ride and the boat down the canyon which didn’t disappoint it’s a must if you go. Our tour guide Thomas S was fabulous he had a wealth of knowledge and had us all laughing as soon as we got on the bus. His witty sense of humour was fantastic. This trip from start to finish was fantastic the Hoover Dam was amazing and the Grand Canyon was WOW! The coach driver (a lady can’t remember her name) was a great driver.

They picked us up at hotel only to bring us to there building where all they did was try to sell us upgrades. We finally broke down and bought the VIP package which was a smaller bus that was suppose to have more room on it and be more comfortable. IT was NOT at all! We also where suppose to get a free breakfast and did not. The only saving grace was the nice driver we had! I would not recommend this company!

Dear S8726MNjosephd, We are sorry that we missed your service expectations. Since we launched our Mercedes-Benz small van VIP service, just over 4 years ago, our customers have given us almost universal praise for both our equipment and the quality of the overall service. Customers love the vehicles and the more intimate interactions a limited group of guests affords with our guides. For our VIP customers, a continental breakfast is available in our terminal at our Platinum Lounge, so we are unsure as to why you did not take advantage of this feature. On behalf of everyone here at Gray Line Las Vegas, I want to wish you all the best in your future travel experiences. Sincerely, Zachary

If you get a little motion sickness, just be aware. Other than slight nausea from the plane ride, I really enjoyed seeing The Grand Canyon, Lake Mead & The Hoover Dam in this unique way.

I did considerable research to find an inside tour of the Hoover Dam, with a Grand Canyon flight by plane, not helicopter (due to cost). The ride showed up outside our hotel at the location and time I was told when I confirmed. Once at the Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines Bolder terminal, we were all processed extremely efficiently into our various tour groups. The staff were all friendly and happy to answer any question.
Our plane was very comfortable, with large windows great for photos. The flight was simply amazing, with breathtaking sights of Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam, and spectacular views of the Grand Canyon West Rim sights.
After the flight, we were provided with our chosen bag lunches – sandwiches (ham, turkey or veggie), chips, Oreo cookies and water; more than enough for me! Then we boarded our very comfortable motor coach and headed to the Hoover Dam, with a very knowledgeable driver. After touring around Lake Mead and the Dam, stopping at scenic spots and a souvenir shop, we toured the interior. This showed just how incredible of an undertaking it actually was, and gave me that much more of an appreciation of what I was seeing. Then back to our hotel – a very full day.
A very warm Thank You to all of the staff of both Grey Line and Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines who made this such an incredible day!

They picked us up at our hotel which is great since we didn’t get a car. When we went inside the grey line, Randy greeted us. While he was giving his presentation a baby started crying, in front of everyone he asked for the baby to be removed from the area. Then a translator was translating to a group and he asked the translator to stop talking. Very rude! We then got on a bus with Dewayne. He made us laugh and smile for the rest of the day!

I found myself going to Las Vegas for a week for a conference recently. I had a couple of days off from it so, as an enthusiastic traveller, I decided to pay a visit to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam; after all, it's not likely I'll be in that part of the US again soon!

The trip was - quite simply - breathtaking. We spent just over an hour flying over the Mojave Desert and the Canyon itself. No words can describe it. You simply must see it for yourself; and when you do it by air you get a unique view that not many others get!

Following the Grand Canyon, we grabbed some lunch (sandwich, crisps/chips, cheese snack, a chocolate bar, and water: more than enough for me!) and then made our way to the Hoover Dam.

First, we stopped in the bridge to take great photos. Then we went to the visitor centre and spent some time on the dam itself. It is a spectacular piece of engineering.

On the way back to Las Vegas we stopped at Lake Mead at sunset, which made for beautiful photos.

This tour was brilliant, and I cannot recommend it enough. As a solo traveller I felt well-cared for, and it's great for people travelling with others. I needed to make some changes to my booking very late, and I have to thank Abraham and the rest of the team at the company for helping me out. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

In summary: do this trip.

Dear Tdevcbh1, Thank you for being a Gray Line customer and taking the time to leave feedback. We are sorry that the weather conditions at the Grand Canyon made for less than an optimal experience and resulted in the cancellation of your flight. Your refund is in the process of being processed, once we process a credit card refund it can take the banks a few days to post it to your account. We want to wish you only blue skies in your future travel adventures. Sincerely, Zachary
