    Amazing views and history !
Awesome tour, the guide was knowledgeable. My only feedback would be adding heaters maybe to the top deck of the bus. Otherwise an awesome tour, Vegas is magical at night!

Big Bus Bummer. Hot mess sandwich of an experience.
I hate to waste any more of my vacation thinking about how this tour was a vacation suck and we really deserve a refund. 1/2 our party gave up after they never showed up at our stop until almost noon. We purchased our tickets ahead and got to the bus stop way before 10am which is when they said it would come. I did a live chat and they kept saying 15 minutes…No benches, griping customers, no show buses. They state there is “live tour guides”which we had enjoyed in past years. Nope They used prerecorded irritating voices for their guided tour that had music playing over and over comparable to water torture. I have taken this bus many times over the years and this time was a horrible experience. I can’t get my vacation hours back and I am very upset. It really put a damper on our day and the buses had huge wait times. No benches so we stood for well over an hour. My back and knees were a mess. We got off at Excalibur and asked people in line to get on how long they waited so we would know. They said 2 hours. We went to eat lunch as we missed breakfast for sure. When the bus finally came for us to hop back on, it was an hour wait at least, we loaded the bus hoping there would even be a seat available just to get forced off at MGM and continue to wait for the next bus that came 45 minutes later. This was a Monday on November 6th. Not enough buses running. Beyond unacceptable. Don’t set yourself up for this. It was a rotten hot mess sandwich of an experience.

Great for first time Vegas tourists. If you have been to Vegas multiple times already then you may not enjoy the tour as much.

Terrible Experience. Waste of time and money. Avoid!
Avoid at all cost! We had an extremely bad experience with the Vegas Night Bus. The bus was filthy. The earphones and audio were not working. There was no proper tour guide. The bus was quite late. It was a terrible experience. A complete waste of time and money! Demanded for refunds but not sure yet if the company will have the decency of giving us our money back.

    Worth the trip.
The tour was typical for the Big Bus. The highlights of Las Vegas were good. It was sad to hear that the live commentary is being replaced with a pre-recorded commentary. The live commentary adds a unique local perspective. Be ready for a slow tour due to the heavy traffic and construction.

    All aboard for fun
Our guild was friendly and fully of interesting information. It was a very cold night when we went and the guild would warn us when we was entering a wind tunnel so we could all huddle together and keep warm up top. Managed to see all the lights of vegas with free time at freemont Street. Great way to spend an evening

    Sad
This was the most disorganized trip. I will tell you why, 1) we went to the station after booking it. But they said, the top seating was full. Because we had another plan afterwards we got the seat at the driver level. There was sun screens pasted and could not see anything outside. 2) they gave us head phones, but only had some weird music and could not hear the announcement. 3) A person was standing next the driver and we could Not see anything from the front either. This was in 10/30 evening bus at 7:00 PM. So after a 30 minutes waist of time and money, we left the bus trip. It’s only courteous to ask for an apology and a full refund.

    WORST
The Late Night Big bus open top tour was a disaster. It was freezing cold outside, and the bus was parked there, we were only 15 minutes early from scheduled time, we requested if we can sit in the bus, driver was nasty, didn’t let us get in the bus. He slammed the door shut on our face making us stand in the cold. Even after getting into the bus he wasn’t much friendly. They gave us headphones which connected to the circuit inside, was also non operable. Tour guide was lazily sitting and didn’t do anything. Whole trip was a disaster. I will never recommend this big bus tour to anybody. I hope they return our money.

    Great tour
This was a great value-for-money tour. Saw all the sights and the guide had excellent local and historical knowledge. We had plenty of free time to explore Fremont Street. Highly recommend.

    Worth it!
A fantastic way to see all the sites without all the walking. It was well worth the money if you want to see the city but don’t have a lot of time.

    Disappointing
Okay the bus keft 30 minutes early, the guide was so unenthusiastic because it is his last week and he is being replaced by a speaker. It was a nice view but the overall experience rates low on my scale. Sorry

    Go while you can!
We loved this tour! Our guide was extremely informative and had a lot of great local knowledge as well as a lot of historical facts about the strip and downtown. The only sad thing about it was that the live tour guides are being replaced by recording as of 1 November 2023 so if you have the chance to go before this time then definitely do! A recoding just doesn't replace that personal experience you get with a guide. It was one of our favourite tours of our holiday. The Freemont Street Experience at night is also well worth it and an hour of the tour time is spent here. Lots of chances to see Freemont Street lit up if you stay on the new strip. Well worth it!

    Awful
The tour guide talked to much and I paid for a tour I could not choose where I wanted to sit.I’ve ridden this bus several times and I always choose my seat. I think the man sitting us was racist or something because he let other people choose their seat

Their stoppings are very far and stops at the back side of high roller and excalibur. Waste of money. Las vegas is small city and if you do small research on attractions, you can get in to the places easily using Duce bus in a cheap price. Duce charges only $8 for 24 Hr. Waste of money using Bog Bus in Las Vegas. No and Never recommend to use Big Bus in Las Vegas even if you are in Vegas for one day. Also they don't have stopping at Neon Musem

We spent most of our time waiting for buses at each stop then we did actually seeing any of the suggested sights. Although the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable l. I would not recommend spending the money on this. Also the app that they tell you to download to track the bus barley works.

Please heed my warning, do not take this tour. They say it’s a hop on and off tour which it is, but if your get off expect to wait 45 mins to 1 hour for the next bus to come. If you want waste a full day in Vegas the Big Bus tour will help your with that. The guy that sold me the $50 ticket told me that there are 8-9 buses running at the same time, so with 14 stops, why 45 min wait. I would avoid this tour as much as possible.

My daughter and I arrived to the indicated bus stop 10 minutes early before their app had posted. There was no bus that ever came after 40 minutes of waiting so i called the number on the sign. The employee told me a bus scheduled to arrive at 12:35pm came through around 12:40 (which was untrue because we were literally sitting at the bus sign since 12:25pm). It was 1pm when i called her and she said she talked to the driver who said it would arrive now at 1:20. We’ll see. Horrible service. I hope the tour is worth this waste of time and wait. And there is no live bus location available either on their app which would be very helpful. No idea why that can not be accessed. So basically my advice is to go to a bus stop and even if you get there early be prepared to wait there for at least an hour as you may miss the bus because their posted schedule is completely inaccurate.

I would've rated this four stars if only Gloria (who herself gets five stars!) had been our guide for the entire duration of the tour. Unfortunately though, the first half of our trip was led by a guide without much enthusiasm, or frankly much interesting to say at all. Couple that with a cost that I feel is about twice too much for what you get and I arrive at a rating of three stars.

There was a group of 10 of us that purchased tickets, under the impression we would be able to see the entire city that same day (it was 2pm). We never finished the route. Some of the buses stopped and didn’t even continue. Called and asked for a partial refund since we didn’t get our moneys worth and was told that our reason didn’t “qualify” for the terms & conditions. We’ve taken several other tour buses in other cities and have never had this experience. Las Vegas tour bus I would never recommend.

Not really worth the price. Booked a two day ticket, the first day the guide was knowledgeable and gave a great back history about the city and was really witty and engaging, the 2nd day was a waste of money since the bus goes round in a loop completed on the first day. The traffic in Vegas is awful and a lot of time was spent sitting in traffic, wouldn't recommend the tour, get a map and uber or liftshare or monorail around the city better than the tour bus

Four of us went to Vegas for a getaway and quickly found out that having a rental car would not be very helpful. It's fairly difficult to travel around the strip and various locations and finding places to park.

We opted to take the Big Red Bus Hop-On Hop-Off tour bus which turned out to be a great idea. We opted for the premium ticket that gave us not only two full days of traveling around Vegas, but also included the open bus night time tour as well as a bonus to take the "High Roller" which is a massive ferris wheel that takes almost an hour to make a full revolution. But back to the bus....

We picked up the bus almost directly across the street from the Park MGM Hotel and rode all over Vegas. We even traveled down to the old strip where Freemont Street is located. You don't want to miss that either. During the tour, we had a number of tour guides each with a great attitude and quickly offered tips and pointers of things to do while in Vegas.

While it would have been nice if the tour had more stops than it did, (there were nine in total), but even this provided a way to move around and save wear and tear on the feet. One word of caution however. Busses run approximately every 45 minutes and pick you up where you are dropped off. Be there when they arrive, otherwise you will have to wait for the next bus to show up. Likewise one or two of the stops are in a questionable part of town so keep this in mind when getting off. Our guide did mention this to everyone so you are aware prior to getting off.

Bottom line is the bus was a little pricey, but the value you get is there if you use all of the items provided. Also keep in mind, that it's hot out there. We were on the upper deck of the bus and you could feel yourself being cooked. The bussed did have a sun screen over the majority of the seating but the front of the bus is uncovered. You have been warned!

Have some fun and take the bus.

Took Uber to the Treasure Island Hotel where there was supposed to be a Customer Service booth; none existed.
A bus was scheduled to arrive at 10:30; it did not.
Called BigBus.
We were told we just missed a bus and the next one would be in 2 ½ hours. (What???)
We walked to another stop (LYNQ) that the Customer Service lady suggested.
Found the location and the guy on the street selling tickets.
We boarded and rode two stops (from LYNC to Mob Museum) where we hopped off (at 1:45) and were told every hour at :45 past there would be a bus.
We were back in less than one hour (2:45) and found a line of folks waiting.
I called Customer Service at 3:00 and was told it would be another 45 minutes.
I asked for a refund and was told to go to the website and fill out the refund form.
We called Uber and returned to our hotel.
I filled out the refund request form when we returned home (March 22) and the acknowledgement said we would hear back within 5-7 business days.
5 or 6 emails and they will not offer a refund or even a partial credit.
Their service stinks and you should simply buy a guide book and use Uber.

Super fun finding out facts about Vegas and Casinos. I liked that you got to hop on and off different places. Please know that there are no bathrooms available. We stopped off at the outlet mall shopped and waited for about 30 mins for the next bus to come. The $45 per person is for an all day pass... We left at 1210 and got back to our hotel at about 5pm.
