The best part of the tour experience is definitely the scenic routes the tour guide took us to see. This is a great experience as you get to tour the beloved city of Chicago while also learning about the history of some of the buildings standing tall all while gliding through the streets on a fun Segway ride. We had the opportunity to have Shawn as our tour guide who I would highly recommend requesting as your tour guide as he is a very social and outgoing fun person to vibe with. Shawn was very knowledgable of the history of the city and definitely makes it a fun and memorable experience. Highly recommend this underrated tourist attraction to anyone visiting the city and to anyone interested in learning more about the beautiful city of Chicago.

We did this tour today with 2 teen girls. First of all shout out to Brittany, who answers the phones. She is the nicest and most helpful person ever. We couldn’t find the location and we were concerned about missing the tour. Brittany had me on the phone explaining the way until we got there. She also gave us recommendations for the tour and booked our tickets over the phone. What a nice girl.
Our instructor was Hadley. It was our first time on a Segway and we were little bit nervous. Hadley was very very patient with us and so kind.
The tour was perfect for us and the teens. Lots of Segway riding, interesting facts and history but not overwhelming.
So if you are looking for something to do with teens, this is perfect tour. Do the tour on your first or second day of Chicago vacation. You will get an idea about museums you want to visit.
I would definitely do it again, I would love to do the ghost tour next time.

Had a great time zooming around Chicago...without the walking. Jeremy was a great knowledgeable guide, and there was a clear emphasis on safety. We were able to cover a lot of distance with everyone having done Segways before. The meet point is down the stairs on the corner of Monroe. A highly recommended experience...just don't forget your hat and gloves.

This was a family highlight for sure! Our teen children loved riding the segways, and the tour gave us a great overview of things to see and do on our first day in Chicago. Sarah H was an excellent tour guide, super energetic and knowledgable. She made the whole trip very easy from booking to riding. We felt very safe, relaxed and comfortable during our entire experience. I’m not a big spender, but this was worth every penny!!!!

This was a unique and really fun experience. Tammy was our guide and she did a great job showing us around the lakefront. She was funny too, clearly enjoying her job. Never been on a Segway before either and it didn’t take any time to get oriented to it. I highly recommend this company. We will look for other Segway tours in the future. It’s a great way to see a lot in a couple hours.

Ale was an awesome guide! Very patient and full of information regarding our segway tour. We saw so much of Chicago that we would have never seen without this tour. We had two adults and two kids (14 and 17) and we had a great time! Riding a segway was so easy and fun. :-) Thank you Chicago Lakefront and Museum Campus Small Group Tour for a fantastic ride!

FYI: There is a parking garage located just across the street from their location. This made finding their location a breeze! (Also, our daughter had a bum knee but was still able to comfortably enjoy being on the segway.) THANKS ALE!!!!!! You are AWESOME!!!

We enjoyed the information she shared and the jokes that went along with it. We recommend this tour for everyone! It was an exciting and beautiful way to see some of the highlights of Chicago. We got some awesome pictures of the skyline too!

A delightful tour along the lakefront and through a beautiful park: the lake, the fountains, the gorgeous Chicago skyline... a beautiful experience. The Segway is intuitive and easy to learn. This was my second adventure on a Segway and I’m convinced that it is the best way to enjoy a tour “up close and personal.” The tour slowly unrolls as you glide along at a jogger’s pace. A great experience.
