Such a frivolous, revengeful, inaccurate, arrogant, and insensitive review that clearly couldn't be further from the truth this is. Detour would be more than 5 miles extra and 10 minutes. We explained that on our email back to you. We offer a free stop, ANYWHERE on our direct route, not only at Publix as you've mentioned above. BTW, Publix is definitely not a low end business and is loved by all our customers, old and new. You asked to stop at Whole Foods, which was in the opposite direction to your destination at WDW. After a quick search I saw you work at Whole Foods, indeed a great place, but calling Publix low end is not only absurd but obviously highly biased. No tactic on cancellations either, just a safe way we have, since there is no credit card needed to reserve, to make sure we received notice within our 48 hours policy. If the extra charge for the extra service was unacceptable, your cancellation would be taken gladly and with no complaints by our agents as per contract YOU have accepted while booking. Remember, you did not put a credit card on hold nor have prepaid for our services. Calling my agents scummy without even talking to any of them is ridiculous and borderline defamatory. How dare you claim such a thing. If anyone wishes to cancel, they call, it takes 30 seconds. This is not a gym and we do not have any problems canceling transfer. BTW, when you decided to cancel, you took the time to write to us a very nasty email which took more than a call would. If that policy wasn't to your liking why have you accepted our terms and gone through with the reservation in the first place? The only victims here are my employees, my drivers, all of us who are losing business because of a low rating coming from someone who did not even use our services. 20 years in business, and yes, you are the first one expecting extra service, extra work, extra time, extra miles for free, on top of the already FREE 30 mintes stop we offer to our customers. Asking for extra service, a detour (25 minutes total and about 10 miles), and expecting that to be free too is preposterous. You should be ashamed to tarnish our great reputation like that. Yes indeed, many other options are available, hopefully you'll find a reliable, professional, and with a pristine reputation company to pick you up for 125.00 round trip with a free 30 minutes stop, free meet and greet, free luggage assistance on a private luxury vehicle driven by a proffessional driver. As a side note, I have never been to Whole Foods and expected anything for free, other than their nice free samples or delivery by Amazon, which you could probably have taken advantage of. Just an idea.
