My family really enjoyed the boat ride and island. My only complaint was we wish we had a little more time to explore and see the animals but other than that it was great.

Buy tickets online for 1:30 cruise and then you have to go to office to get paper tickets. Doesn't give them out until 12:30. Huge line. Boat ride was nice but the tropical isle is not like the pics. Couldn't see animals very well. Youre divided into 2 groups for the gator show.

Ontario, I'm sorry you did not totally enjoy your experience. Regulations require a boarding pass for each rider on the boat. However, you'll be happy to know that we will be changing our online procedure soon that will allow our online customers to print their boarding passes in advance. The pictures of the island were all taken here and posted by our guests. I am not certain why you felt misled by the pictures. You can contact me directly in the corporate office if you would like to discuss your experience in more detail.

Very interesting cruise along the New River. Guide was very informative providing information on the sites (homes) along the way. I was surprised the amount of boat traffic along the route.
