Had an amazing day out in Sonoma with a small group and Hunt. After an emergency on the road repair of a puncture (superb back-up!) we got to see so much of Sonoma and the surrounding area by bike. Hunt displayed tremendous knowledge of wine making and clearly has many well respected contacts that only add more to the quality of the tour. We chose the battery-assisted bikes for what was a packed and thoroughly enjoyable itinerary.

I’d have no hesitation in recommending this tour to anyone wanting a thoroughly interesting and fun day out.

A must do and was a refreshing way to spend the day in Sonoma. James was a great knowledgeable guide, took care of our needs and made sure we were safe all day. Wineries were great and the electric assisted bikes were the way to go. You could gauge your workout that day by adjust how much help you wanted when you were pedaling. Everyone in our group was in their 60s and all said that this was a “must do” again.

The Sonoma Valley Full-Day bike winery tour was the highlight of our vacation! Our tour guide, James, was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area an its history, the vineyards and wineries, and the growing and wine making processes. The e-assist bikes made the ride easy, even on the few hilly spots. The weather was perfect so all in all it was an excellent day!

Took a full day 10-4 pm electric bike tour of Sonoma wineries. This was for 4 women on a girls weekend- we are professional, low key, and fun as a reference point. The communication from the company was good prior to the tour and on arrival. Guide Phyllis was friendly and gave some information at the first winery about the grape growing process. We had a great experience at our first winery Sangiacomo. The Chardonnay's were delicious and the guide Kara was funny and knowledgable. The we were able to have a nice seated tasting outside. Our experience at the winery Three Fat Guys was horrible. It was outside on lawn chairs. The hostess Crysta was rude. She spent less than one minute on introductions and had to be called back as she literally left mid sentence. One of the owner a former NFL player was not friendly either (which was surprising given this is his business and would think post covid he would be interested in engaging his customers). The wine was not memorable there. The last vineyard was very disappointing. We were supposed to have a tasting at Gundlach Bundschu which were looking forward to. Not sure what happened, we were told that the vineyard sold out and couldn't see us!! Either poor communication on the biking companies fault or just a rude vineyard. In exchange they gave us 1 bottle of red and 1 of wine for the entire 6 of us the tour with no explanation other than from our bike guide and we sat on the picnic benches. The grounds are pretty and they had a truck selling pizzas. I felt having to pay $150 each person for the 6 hour bike tour was expensive but reasonable and we did enjoy ourselves. I do think they should have had a reduced fee for the tasting and I would recommend they dont include Three Fat Guys in the future and they entire a proper tasting at Gundlach Bundschu.

What a great tour! James was awesome! We really enjoyed learning about the history of the town and getting a feel for the area. The tour included two wineries and a cheese place. Actually visiting two (rather than three) made for a more relaxed and conversational experience, as the overall vibe at both the winery tours was great, with a lot of interaction with the winery folks. The e-bikes are very nice, particularly at the latter part of the tour. Very easy to use (or to just switch off if you feel like peddling). Nice change of pace from the usual tour.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience! Our tour guide, Hunt, was fabulous. The electric bikes were wonderful. We did the full day experience which included the lunch which was delicious. Neither of us are frequent bike riders and this full day tour was extremely doable. We highly recommend this!

My boyfriend and I signed up for the full day experience in the off-season, which ended up being wonderful because our tour was just the two of us, plus our awesome guide, Hunt. And, the weather was perfect - sunny, but not too hot for biking all day.

Our guide Hunt is a life long Sonoma resident, and he knew so many vineyard staff, and even many of the local folks we passed on our bikes throughout the day. It was really cool to have someone that close to the industry and community showing us around. He was super friendly, knows a ton about wine and was a pleasure to hang out with all day.

After getting all setup on our bikes to start the day, we rode to a nearby grape/wine field where Hunt started us off with a quick informational session on some of the finer points of winemaking and the industry at large. Next, we we biked happily to two of Sonoma's oldest vineyards: Gundlach Bunschu, followed by Buena Vista. Both wineries offered a really friendly experience, were cool locations/venues, and had delicious wines, of course!

We ate lunch outside after the second tasting, and then opted for cheese and olive oil tastings in the afternoon to offer us a little break from wine.

I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to be outdoors, active, and have a truly unique wine tasting experience. It felt so good to be outside and active, versus sitting in a car or bus. Plus, you can’t beat the experience with a local professional like Hunt. It was definitely one of our favorite days on our Sonoma/Napa vacation, and I would absolutely do it again.

Do not miss this! We had so much fun with Emily. Being a native to the area, she is very knowledgeable. She shared her knowledge about the vineyards, growing methods and the area. The adventure wouldn’t have been the same without her. Everyone in each winery knew her and her connection made for an extra special experience. The electric bikes where the very best brand, and no matter your fitness level you will have no trouble keeping up. The lunch provided was very good and Emily had everything so organized that we didn’t even have to worry about carrying wine on our bikes that we purchased on our tour. The wineries were amazing and the ride was fun and beautiful. I would do this every day it I could. I am so glad that we chose this company and I highly recommend this excursion. Say hello to Emily for me.

Had a great time with Emily on our full-day bike tour. We were part of a group of 8 and she did an amazing job making all feel comfortable. We went to 3 fabulous wineries and a cheese factory and she timed everything perfectly. We never felt rushed at the wineries and we did tastings at all 3. I would highly recommend this activity as it was the highlight of our trip to Sonoma!
