Interesting and Informative
Mar 2021
Opted to go on the ancient ruins tour to give this a try and I enjoyed the experience. The guide was knowledgeable about the area and the ruins. I REALLY enjoyed that the location was closed (closes to the public at 3pm) so you get a somewhat private tour and picture taking opportunity on tours that are after 3pm (maybe they all are, don't know). The lack of crowds really pushed the experience forward for me. Some things to note: 1) Currently, due to COVID, the number of people allowed in a jeep are limited (which is awesome and our group only had 5) but those in the back get a jeep window partition for safety which limits being able to ask questions/participate in the dialog while driving. 2) If you're going on an later in the day/early in the morning tour and it's still chilly out, *bring a blanket*! The jeeps are open air and it was super cold on our way back from the ruins.

Overall, I'd do another one of these.

Beautiful Day to explore ancient ruins
This is a very different kind of tour than the others offered by Pink Jeep. Lots of rough dirt road driving to get to the site. Small hike to the site of the ancient ruins. Lots of examples of art from 1100 AD. The ride is rough, and the climb up to the site, while not long, does require good balance and some high steps. Need good mobility. We had a good guide, and enjoyed the change of pace.

Fun and Informative.
Sep 2020
Informative, Beautiful Site, fun experience.
Ride there was a mix of highway/paved road, and the a really fun rough/gravel/dirt road. That was my 2nd favorite part.
Larry was very informative on not only Sedona History, but the site itself as well. He added greatly to the experience.
Never felt rushed, or just a customer, a fun, educational experience.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but we ended up being the only people in our jeep. Josh was our guide and he was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and willing to discuss theories and lore. The views were breathtaking and the ruins were awe inspiring. I would highly suggest this tour and this company. 10 of 10 would visit again!

A great way to learn about the "first Americans (SinAqua)" and the beauty of the red rock canyons.

Gene, our driver, was informative and fun with his explanations of early paintings and structures. His humor and experience made this trip most enjoyable for our family. I would do this tour again and maybe another tour as well. Great fun and experience!

Pink Jeep Tour of Ancient Ruins
Mar 2020 • Friends
The tour was very good. However, Trip Advisor confirmed that our tour started at 8:00 am, but when we called Pink Tours they had us down for Noon. They were able to accommodate us at 9:00 am, however had we not called we would have had to wait for 4 hours. I was very disappointed in Trip Advisor. Will probably not use them again.

Great Tour with Knowledgeable Guide
Feb 2020
From the get go it was very obvious our guide Joe knewhis stuff and enjoys his job. The first part of the ride is on rough terrain. Be ready to hold on.The scenery is stunning.
Loved going to the ruins and listening to the history of it. I had never been to an archeological ruin before and found the history fascinating. I highly recommend this tour and suggest you ask for Joe Rabia for your guide!
