Wish I could give more than 5 stars. One of the most memorable experiences of my life. Every single thing about this experience was perfect. Jesse R was so fun and made us feel so comfortable. The weather was amazing and I will never forget today as long as I live!!!!

Very personal and accommodating. Fun group of people! Pilots were great, especially Troy! I would recommend a different conformation method, maybe email with a link to confirm booking instead of a phone call.

Amazing Experience
Ballooning with Rainbow Ryders was amazing. The whole event was well organized, educational, and fun. The views are phenomenal from above and the descent was fun and gave us a little thrill.

Jesse was our pilot and he was awesome. He made us feel safe with his knowledge, experience, and continuous training.

Book it. You won’t regret it.

Excellent experience in hot air balloon...calm, quiet!!!

This was our first hot air balloon ride. We had booked a tour for four of us. I,my husband, daughter and son-in-law. It was a great experience. We were super excited with a thought to be in the air. It was a great feeling. Very calm, quiet once up in the air ...exactly similar when under water in the deep sea. Staff was very cooperative, well trained and entire activity was extremely well planned. Personally I felt that ,had the coordinator with us in the balloon explained or gave a brief information about the area below then it would have been more interesting. Getting in the basket and landing is not very easy, specially if you are not young or your body is not flexible. It’s just a caution as from the ground balloon ride looks attractive, but in the end, it’s a sport which needs to be kept in mind before booking.
Overall it was a great experience and a day to remember for ever!!!

It was amazing! Something I always wanted to do. I’d definitely do it again.The scenery was beautiful. I thought they were going to have appetizers afterwards, that’s what the website said. The champagne was a very nice treat to end the day.

A new kind of experience !!!

This was our first ballon ride experience and we really enjoyed a lot. We were scared a bit before we started the journey but the ride was so smooth, effortless and safe. Its a totally different experience from an airplane ride. The setup (opening and filling up the ballon) at the start of trip and wrap up at the end is an add-on experience. Our pilot was an amazing person and kept us engaged with his expertise and sense of humor. Champagne at the end was a nice touch. The company is really great to work with, the online booking process is pretty quick and they answered all our queries at the time of check in. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

A great experience

My boyfriend surprised me with a hot air balloon ride while we were on vacation in Scottsdale/Phoenix. I must admit, I was scared and a little unsure if I wanted to go! However, the crew and pilots made us feel safe the whole time and answered all the questions we had before we took off. Jacob was our pilot and he was amazing. We did a couples ride and my boyfriend proposed! It was a wonderful time. Jacob and crew got us down safely and had champagne waiting for us so we could celebrate.

Amazing sunset balloon ride

My husband and our kids (ages 14 and 11) did the sunset balloon ride over Phoenix and it was amazing. Our pilot, Patrick, kept it very entertaining with his expertise and some terrible balloon pilot jokes. The trip is very dependent on the weather (especially the prevailing winds), so you should try to book a trip on your first day in the Phoenix area in case you have to reschedule. Highly recommended!
