This tour stopped in the top tourist spots and the guide kept us well informed and was engaging. We did however counter some issues though out of our guides control but to be considered from an operators view.

1. We had to change buses last minute, this was due to reaching seated capacity unexpectedly.

2. Part of the tour was whilst sitting on the bus and not everyone got a clear view when parked up but not disembarking of the monument, building, etc that we were looking at. The bus stopped and blocked our view often through the window with either a Ricki Martin concert poster and quite often trees.

3. The back seats aren't the best seats to get an all round view. It's very hit or miss which side is the best.

Though I would do again and recommend to my friends, I feel that this experience can be improved.

The tour sites visited were interesting and great. The biggest disappointment was not going to the cemetary where Eva Peron is buried. We were looking forward to visiting that site. Tour picked us up at our hotel, but did not drop us off there. The up hill walk in the heat of the day was a challenge for one member of our group. The tour guide was wonderful. Her English was very clear and she was very responsive to calling the van early when one member of our group needed to get out of the heat. The driver was professional. The van was clean and the stops were well timed. Good tour, but it could have been better.

Dear Traveler, Thanks for your comments. The tour booked does not include the entrance to Recoleta Cemetery; we just pass by the neighborhood to see, from the bus, the most important highlights. We offer other tours, from our sales platforms, which includes the entrance to the cemetery; you can also find different alternatives, in relation to the itinerary. Usually, excluding the private tours, the pick-ups are made from centrally located hotels and the drop-off takes at the city center. This is because, being regular tours and Buenos Aires a very big city, the time that passengers would lose until complete the tour from and to their hotel would be unacceptable We are glad to know that the tour guide and the driver did a good job and were wonderful with you and your group. Thank you for your review, it always helps us to improve our services. Best regards, Tangol Travel Agency

Super operation. Came to our hotel for pick up. On time. We had a van bus which was very comfortable. Able to see out very easily and to take photos

3 great stops. At the recoleta we were guided to several prominent tombs. Especially the tomb of Eva Peron

Drove through main neighborhoods with a short stop in La Boca. Plenty of time to see the area and get a snack.
There was a half hour stop at the Plaza de Mayo so you could get photos of the Casa Rosada and Cabildo. Enough time to go into the cathedral to see the tomb of San Martin

Our guide Lucilla was wonderful. Very informative. Great pace if you have problems walking

Have taken many tours. This was the best.

Did not like stopping at a location and not being able to get out of the bus to take a picture.

We were the last ones picked up on the tour and sat at the back of the bus. When we got off the bus, we changed to the front of the bus. The people sitting there were furious that we took their spots.

We did not appreciate having to walk back to our hotel when promised to return us there when we signed up

Dear Helen, Thank you for your review, We are sorry to read that the tour didn’t meet all your expectations. The Sightseeing tour you booked is to see the most important points in 3 hours. Our tour makes two stops, one in Plaza de Mayo (Main Square) and the other in Caminito. As a regular service, we have more passengers taking the tour and Recoleta neighborhood is one of the last places where we pick up passengers. Regarding the drop off when the service is on a regular basis, we make specific points or hotels near those places. This information is specified in the description. If you have the opportunity to return to Buenos Aires, and are planning to book tourist services, we recommend you to contact us in order to articulate the service in the best way to meet your expectations beyond the usual operation of a regular service. Thank you for your review, it always helps us to improve our services. Best regards, Tangol Travel Agency

This tour was a good way to start our stay in BA, it covers all the main neighborhoods and monuments in the city and gave insights to which places we would want to spend time in during our stay. We made a few stops at some of the popular attractions and got a thorough view of what the city has to offer

This tour was great and covered the main hot spots in this vast, big city! An air conditioned coach was clutch. Sophie, our tour guide, was amazing - she spoke in English and Spanish! I learned so much about Buenos Aires from her and I highly recommend doing this tour. Best value and great tour!

Also, be sure to tip - I always do - they work hard and deserve a little extra.

San Telmo, Palermo, Recoleta, Boca and other neighborhoods of Buenos Aires require weeks to be seen and enjoyed. Shiny and rottenly rich side of Argentina and Buenos Aires can be seen around stadium of River Plate La Boca is the other side of a Buenos Aires mirror. This historic colorful area that hosts a famous futbool stadium is inhabited by poor migrants. many slams built from scrap materials tells a story about poor and mostly European migrants and their hardship. There is only one picture that sticks in my mind after this trip. It is a barbed wire or broken glass on the walls of every single house. I am not sure if it tells more about (in)security, safety or else. However, it is a fantastic city and country overall to visit.

When I scheduled my tour, I requested an English /Spanish speaking tour. However, when the tour guide arrived, she only spoke spanish. She quickly got on the phone to call her supervisor and I was told I could reschedule the tour for another day. But I was really looking forward to the tour so I went hoping to practice my spanish. The tour guide was really nice. She checked in with me at every stop to make sure I understood.Eventhough I didn't understand much about the history and architecture part, I enjoyed riding around seeing the sights.

I loved, loved, loved LaBoca! It was colorful and festive. The tour guide showed me where to get an empanada and a glass of wine.. All for $4!🍷🥟. I took my cousin back a day later and played tour guide.

This was a great tour and I would definitely do another one if I had the chance to visit again.
