They were so friendly and they kept us so safe, it was impossible to feel scared! The journey up the hill in the 4x4 is great on its own, so we really enjoyed our visit. - katia j0 contributionsIncredible adventureIncredible adventure. One of the "MUST" if you go to Cape Town. The Ziplines from mountain to mountain are so fun and the views are amazing. The whole experience was perfect. We went with two kids (9 and 7) and they enjoyed a lot. The guys who came with us, Musa and Nkosi, were amazing too. They took care of us, specially the children. Enjoyed the ridee with the 4x4 through beautiful nature. They have 7 ziplines, there's a bit of uphill walking in between. The ziplining is thrilling, the landscape breath-taking! The whole experience was really great from the pick up which was punctual through to lunch and the beautiful scenic route home along the coast. The day included Quad biking, zip lining, sand surfing and penguin watching. Staff were incredible and special shout out to Nksoi from the zip line team who was hilarious throughout. WOW! What an amazing adventure. Kulu and Zuma was exceptional guides for the morning - professional, friendly, obviously very skilled at what they do, and with a great sense of humor. This trip was for our office end of year function, and I'll definitely be back with the family.

Zuma and Mzo facilitated a fun, safe adventure over the forest below on Silvermist estate. From the friendly welcome by Damien to the suiting up and briefing everything was very professional and confidence inspiring. These guys will ensure that you have a super enjoyable, safe and fun-filled time zipping along the 7 lines. Although normal running shoes do the trick, wear your hiking boots for extra comfort on the walk between platforms if you have. You don’t need anything else; the guides will provide water. The less you carry the better. It’s rocky but do-able by most levels of fitness and ability. Just do it!

The morning started out almost looking doomy and Gloomy with the weather but after the first cup of Cuppachino offered by the SA forest adventure staff the cold slowly started to dissapate. They dressed us in our safety attire and made us all feel like part of a team. We jumped on an open cab Landy and made the trip up the mountain. I swear the 4x4 trip was about as much fun as the rest of the activities. Arriving at base camp some heightened tension in first time sliders were calmed down with a brief but thorough explanation of the routing and safety aspects of the adventure about to commence, Zuma and MZO our two guides led us to the first platform and made us all look famous with a picture taken for their Facebook page after which we were send off to fly with the eagles. The nature and scenery selected to host this adventure activity is one of the most beautifull in the world with wild flowers and vynbos all around. The guides were armed to the teeth with Healthcare and water as refreshments for when needed and nothing was too much to ask. The wind started pumping through the valley and on some of the longer slides we had to tandem up in order to get across but the skill with which this was explained and executed by our tour guides, made it fun and a breeze. I personally never tandemed before and they made us feel like professionals. To everybody that made our outing fun a big thank you from my heart.

This was amazing!! There are 7 lines you zip through and each one has its own unique feel, length and speed. Zuma and Mzo were our guides and they made the entire experience so fun! We were laughing and smiling the entire time - even though I was so nervous! They made sure we felt safe and never “played around” when it came to us trusting them. I highly recommend this site at silvermist estate for ziplining and request Zuma and Mzo!

My husband and I did this for our 5 year wedding anniversary. It was an amazing experience. Being terrified of heights I was shaking in my boots but Kulu and Mbusi, our guides, were incredible. They made me feel so safe and comfortable and Kulu kept us entertained with jokes and good conversation. I really can't recommend this activity enough. It's something I will never forget.

What a fantastic Experience! Had a wonderful and memorable time with lots of laughs. Mzo and Zuma were very professional and made us feel safe at all times and they have a good sense of humor to go with it. A definite recommend to everyone to try this at least once in your life!

I've wanted to do this for a while and finally did it. So worth it. The whole experience was thrilling. Our guides were excellent, thanks Kulu. The group started off as strangers but were soon laughing, joking and encouraging each other as friends. I'd do it again and definitely recommend it to others

Very professional outfit with very friendly technicians. My daughter who is generally always anxious only felt scared on the first line and this experience raised her confidence. I just wished the weather was better but all in all a very good experience.

Great time! Our guides were awesome! They were funny and entertaining yet very safe. The course zig zags thru the same canyon so you aren’t getting a lot of variety but you cannot beat the course for the price.
Highly recommend “lunch box” and “Khulu” as your guides.
You will either need to use a rental car or Uber to get to this facility- they do not have a shuttle service. The Uber was about $20 each direction. I would also recommend having your Uber bring you back to Cape Town the opposite direction that you came. A little longer route but well worth the different scenery. Probably adds $3 USD to ride.

one of the greatest experiences of my life, thus far, i’d say. i have a fear of heights but still always wanted to zip line and what a more perfect time to do it than in Cape Town! the guides were so personable, funny, and made you feel completely comfortable :) such a gorgeous view, bob ross couldn’t have painted a better picture. 15/10 highly recommend.

We are a party of 8 including adventourous grandparents! (Sky diving, Parachuting, White Water Rafting and even Wing Walking!) They definitely want to have a go but they probably won't be able to hike up and down rough pathways and uneven surfaces. Can any of the 7 zip lines be accessed easily from the buggy?

The actual Zipline is easy as you are strapped on and they catch you but it’s a scramble up to the next zips, up fairly rugged terrain.. we are in our early 70’s and found the hiking between the lines difficult to do…. I didn’t have the flexibility needed to step up onto high uneven rocks… there’s no other way than to do this… but the views are beautiful and a great experience…

Sorry only saw this now, think booking online in advance is the way to go, they show available slots, otherwise you could arrive and they are full and you have to wait about 2 hours.

How do you keep your personal belongings like phone and money safe? Can you wear any kind of bag?

They have lockers and you keep the key. If you want to take phone etc with you you can. The leaders have a bag you can put keys etc in
