The flight was smooth and beautiful. It was a little on the short side though. The crab feast at the lodge was great though. If you didn't leave full and satisfied it was your own fault. I also didn't realize that Beer/wine would be included.

Thank you for your review and glad you enjoyed your experience. The next time your in town, we would love to take you on our longer flight to the Misty Fjords Monument. We offer 2 different flightseeing trips combined with the crab meal- one is the shorter flightseeing trip that you chose around the Ketchikan area, and the longer trip is to the Misty Fjords Monument which is 1.5 hours. Hope that you connect with us when your back in Ketchikan so we can take you on this flight.

We apologize you weren't able to fly. We do our best to accommodate our guests, when we have weather delays but we always give you the choice of cancelling the tour if we cannot offer both the flight and meal. Our company does not sell our tours through the ships and we don't have buses also, so not certain if you have the correct company here. However, we are sorry you weren't able to fly due to the weather but hope you did enjoy Alaska, and hope we can make it up to you if you return.
