The driver never showed up and there was no way to contact anyone for help. Will not use this service again.

I was not really pleased with this service to be honest. The condition of the car was poor and extremely small. To say that 3 midsize suitcases can easily fit is a stretch, as we brought to midsize and one carryon and we had to put half of it in the front seat. Yes the communication was very good with the team and very appreciated! However the cost was double the price of ordering an Uber Black car service. I think if the cars were in a bit better condition and more space I would utilize again. The driver was very friendly and it took roughly 30 minutes to get to Copacabana Beach from the airport. We were also greeted by a gentleman holding a sign with our name which was nice.

Copacabana fort only costs £1 to visit, it offers great views of Copacabana and Sugarloaf while providing an insight into Brazilian military history. Well worth a visit and you might see some monkeys.

Round trip from airport (GIG) to Copacabana Palace hotel and back 7 days later. Both drivers were very nice and helpful. Their vehicles are newer and immuclately clean. They were on time. I will defienitley use them again. I used them to begin with from the reviews I read. Thanks everyone I made a great choice. Price very reasonable.

We met the guy quickly after coming thro arrivals had to wait about 10 minutes for the driver to arrive but all went very well

Rio's Museum of Tomorrow is one of the best museums ever! Seniors are free (with id) and allow two hours to learn and explore where this world we have destroyed is headed. Very informative, if shocking....

I would definitely use Airport Service again. They were on time, friendly,and had courteous drivers. The drivers were able to answer any questions that I had and provided a wealth of information about the attractions in Rio.

The driver waited for us at the airport as promised. Finding him was easy, because he had a sign with my name on it. The ride from the airport to the hotel was fast.

They were waiting for us in the arrivals hall, very organized and professional. It was an easy transfer from GIG airport to Copacabana area. We were very satisfied with this service.

No issues being met at arrivals by a friendly, welcoming young lady and it was only a very short wait for our car to pull round and pick us up. Driver didn’t speak any English but still enthusiastically pointed out first sight of Christ the Redeemer illuminated in the moonlight. Smoothly and safely delivered to our hotel for a reasonable price. Recommended!

I was told someone would be in the terminal with my name on a sign when I arrived. I got there on time at 645 am and no one was there. After 10 minutes I called and got a recording that the office did not open until 8. At 720 the guy with the sign appeared. It was another 10 minutes before the car got there. So the total wait was 45 minutes which put us in the heart of rush hour traffic. The actual ride was fine.

Despite my plane being delayed by 40 minutes I still had to wait a further 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. At least there was a representative at the airport who explained the situation and suggested it was because of heavy rain in the city. There was a second issue because the driver took me to the wrong hotel and insisted I was the one who was wrong. It too was eventually sorted but not ideal after a long flight.

This transfer is absolutely pointless. The driver couldn't speak English and his superior had to call me whilst in the car. It was just hassle, I was advised to stay there for two hours and that I would be picked up outside. The Botanical Gardens are a must see and you definitely need more time there. The entry ticket is next to nothing so you're basically booking a very very expensive taxi. I would advise that you go in an Uber and ask the driver to pick you up at least three hours later.

At first I was nervous but it was a safe ride over to the hotel it’s like an Uber! Nice guys I definitely recommend they hold a sign up with your name
