- shanksn20160 contributionsStay far away from Klook if you value your money!Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer support. We've used them a lot in the past and are gold members but it doesn't matter. They treat you like dirt! There's no phone number or email address to contact them on, just a chat which is always busy but even worse they never discuss any options or try to fix the issue! The first time you go to the chat to ask for help you're not far from the top of the queue and get responded within 5 minutes. You then tell them the issue about the booking and they ask for 3-5 minutes to look into it. When you check back in the chat they provide an answer that doesn't resolve the issue and close the chat without providing any opportunity to discuss further. Then when you try to chat again you don't get a queue number at all, you get a message "You're in the queue, but it's a long queue. Please wait while we connect you." We've wasted a few hundred dollars on a booking for Korea that has problems with it caused by Klook's issues with Lotte World. Klook doesn't want to resolve the issue at all! Beware of this company because if there's any issues they will not provide any way to resolve it!Written 30 October 2024

They didn't state clearly the valid period for every single activity and force me to use the tickets within 90 days. Whereas my trip will be over 120 days later than the purchase date. - meitalevy370 contributionsBe aware for your money!Be aware of clook services! I bought a double pass card - with emphasis on double(!) - which includes several attractions in Tokyo. When we asked to reserve entry dates to our selected sites, the company's website did schedule a double entry for us, except for one site where the site booked us only one entry, without advance notice that it was not possible to book a double entry at this attraction. So it turned out that each of us signed up for a different time. We immediately went to customer service and explained what happened, and asked to enter as a couple at that time - after all, what's the point of me buying a double ticket if we can't enter as a couple at the same time on the same ticket?? The company claimed that as part of a strict policy, it is not possible to cancel or change and our pleas and explanations that the mistake was entirely the company's and that we were not given any advance notice of what was going to happen in a moment did not help... the money was gone. I bought Kansai 3 days pass, and the people at Kansai airport wouldn't redeem the ticket for me because they only accept QR code while Trip Advisor sent me useless reference number. - 283edwards0 contributionsDon't Let Klook Screw Your Trip Up!I recently wanted to book a private transfer from my hotel to the airport in Puerto Vallarta and booked a private transfer on Klook. I booked a pickup for 11:30am on my day of departure but a couple hours prior on the day of, I received a text message from my driver stating that they were scheduled to pick me up at 10:30am instead! I immediately contacted Klook asking them to make the change to the proper time but they refused to do so, and when I asked them to cancel the trip instead so that I could book a different taxi they also refused! Klook has the absolute worst customer service ever! I had read reviews of their horrible customer service before but now I'm a believer. They absolutely screwed my trip up, don't make the same mistake I did!Written 7 October 2024

- preisner0 contributionsKLOOK is a SCAM with POOR INTEGRITYThis operation is a scam. In Taiwan, I ordered a tour that included 3 places. I also paid an additional amount for their 100% trip satisfaction. We only went to 2 places. Contacting Klook is a nightmare... they only do text AND if you take more than 20 seconds to reply, they end your interaction and ask you to contact them again... which brings you through the whole process again with a new person. I did get my entry fee refunded to the third place we didn't visit, but we didn't use this service again. A company's integrity is on the line when things don't go right. Rented a car through Klook, and on arrival late at night at the airport with a young family, the car supplier (Surprice) was not located where the other car rental agencies were based, but down a dark dodgy back-road some distance from the airport. The car rental agent was rude, aggressive and intimidating. They stated that despite my booking and payment, they did not have any rental cars in the category that I'd booked and that I had to pay to upgrade. They wanted to charge me a further 366 Euros on top of what I'd already paid in order to upgrade. I refused and asked for a refund, which they refused to give me and stated that my only option was to pay to upgrade the car. I ended up leaving with no car, no refund and having to hire a car at a more reputable supplier at a much higher price. I contacted Klook to make a complaint and to ask for a refund, and over 2.5 weeks later I'm still waiting for a response from them. An awful experience.Written 12 August 2024

I purchased express pass for USJ and did not realized time entry for Nintendo came with it and purchased 1 day pass with time entry to Nintendo. I chat with client experience and explained I was not looking to cancel but just to downgrade my ticket. The rep did not help and scold me for not reading the fine print. Like I really needed to be scolded and frivolously spent my money. They were robotic and not understanding at all. I reached out less than 5 min after placing the order.Written 6 August 2024

I tried contacting them a few minutes after my booking to change the date, no luck. When you call they direct you to the live chat. I tried the chat 4 times since yesterday. - ctsim0 contributions2nd time bad experience with Klook!Booked and paid in full a private transfer between Hong Kong International Airport to Shenzhen, China. Received a message from Klook transport provider, gotour, to inform that they DO NOT provide such services between Hong Kong and China. In fact, the gotour representative mentioned 'we don't know how you can make this booking'. Why did Klook advertised this service when the operator said they do not provide it? I contacted Klook and was asked if I want to cancel this booking? Isn't it a strange question? Klook didn't offer to help with alternative. They promised to refund me in full. Let's see how it goes.
