I called daily for many days, I drove by twice, but nobody ever replied and location not open. When we called my wife kept reaching a voicemail that didn’t sound Spanish or English. I really wanted to take my little ones but alas wasn’t to be. Maybe you’ll have better luck

We had a one hour tour of the animals/birds. The guide was pleasant but spoke very limited English. We feft this was overpriced at $12 each The response time to make an apointment was several days.

My friends and I visited the botantical garden after a tip from a local and it was a beautiful way to spend the morning! The gardens are impeccable and we were surprised to find the animals there as we were not aware of this previously. The stories of how many of the animals there have been rescued are lovely. The owner has a truly great spirit and a very kind heart!!

We received some tips which suggested us to have a stop by this place to visit the private botanic garden. It was great and very familial. We have been received by the owner who gave us a private tour of the house and her experience in Boquete. It was an amazing experience and I strongly recommend to stop by. A must of Boquete ! Thanks for your hospitality and passion.

We had a wonderful time at Jardin Encantado. The guide Jorge who walked us through the garden is very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us everything and talked a lot about the different animals and their individual stories. For me, the tropical birds were the best, absolutely amazing! The owners clearly put a lot of work into the garden; everything is very beautiful and well kept. After the tour, we were treated to a refreshment and had a nice conversation with the owners about the garden and their life in Boquete. Would absolutely recommend this!

The park offers amusement for little ones but it is way too expensive-we paid 34usd for 2 adults and 2 kids. We visitied other parks and farms in Panama and they usually cost half the price. If you are slow it will take you 45 minutes. Be warned!

Jardin Encantado is a private property owned by a nice German Lady we has the chance to talk to at the end of our tour. We went there around midday and with good sunny weather we walked around with the tour guide and guy in charged of looking after the animals. The property is currently under construction but that didn't stopped us from enjoying the tour. Another groundkeeper joined us and made the tour a bit more enjoyable. We were given peanuts and other seeds to feed the monkeys and guacamayas. The place has a lot of potential and it was the highlight of our day. We hope to visit it again next time we're back from Holland and Germany.

It was the most frustrating thing during my week in Boquete. After read about the place on trip advisor, I thought that it was something that we needed to do with my little daughter. I went on Monday, during open time, and the person said that unfortunately he wouldn't be able to give us the tour that day because he was working to fix some things on the property. Ok, we changed the plans and went to somewhere else. On Thursday, our last day in Boquete, we went there again and the owner asked the same guy not to give us the tour because he needed to teach the other employee in his first day at work. My 3y old daughter was super excited to see the flowers and animals and I was really frustrated to explain her that they were too busy to attend the guests for the second time! Don't loose your time going there, they don't need and don't care! After being refused for the second time in Jardin Encantado, we went to the El explorador and had a really good time there! My daughter loved the place!

We were looking forward to seeing the butterfly house and the 500 species of orchids described on their website, but after the guide showed us the few small monkeys begging for food, the parrots and a very skinny bored ocelot, he told us the tour was over. We asked where were the butterflies and orchids? He said the orchids won't be flowering until April and there were no butterflies; tour over! There were some nice small ponds in a garden setting. And the note on their website to stay at least one meter from the howler monkeys was easy to obey - there were no howler monkeys. A lot of false advertising and misleading description. A waste of time and at $12 per person, a waste of money.

We found this activity on Trip Advisor so we decided to check it out. We had a guided tour through the gardens; while viewing the animals. The gardens and variety of flowers was spectacular, along with the various water features. We also enjoyed viewing the different species of birds and monkeys. This was truly a hidden gem not to far from downtown Boquete.

Quite a large gourmet spread for brunch at the Jardin today. Served on a lovely elevated terrace above the lush grounds makes a wonderful setting for a special meal.

When reading reviews for this gorgeous destination, a reviewer said " A GEM"----and that is what I kept recalling during my 1 1/2 guided tour! As I leave my 1 month trip to Boquete, I am so happy it ends with meeting Claudia and her grounds guide and these beautiful gardens, flowers , paths, well cared for birds and monkeys,an Onslot, and ponds. Soooooo worth the trip. It is close to town, easy taxi ride. Call in advance to Claudia so your guide will be available. You will be touring " her backyard"!

Lovely tropical garden with ponds, monkeys, parrots and an array of wildlife. There is an extremely charming restaurant which is only available by reservation. The owner is a genuine and gracious hostess who provides fresh European fusion meals and makes you feel like you are visiting an old friend. Go there if you have a couple of hours to fill and enjoy the tropical forest embiance and have a refreshing drink at the restaurant patio or book a meal there.

This garden is amazing. Very beautiful and peaceful. All the rescued animals appear to be well cared for. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our many questions. Tranquil setting just a short drive from downtown Boquete. Claudia was also very nice and shared info about the area. We enjoyed some champagne on the veranda after our tour. Beautiful views of the mountains and gardens. We highly recommend!

This is a fun place to bring the kids to see some unique animals that are particular to Panama such as an ocelot and small Tucan as well as many parrots and monkeys!
