This is a great trip, in particular if you are on your own or have a short stay. The guide was very helpful taking photos for everyone at all the points when asked. Make sure you bring snacks and water as not a lot of time for lunch. I would recommend missing out the medina souk and giving more time at the Dubai Mall so people can grab a bite to eat once they come down from the Burj Kalifa to the food court

Well worth the money to see the main tourist interests in Dubai. The guide and driver were exceptional, keeping us fully informed of everything to do with the tour. From the pickup to the drop off from our accommodation, it was non-stop action. Highly recommended...

Flew With Emirates business class. Oh found out it was the cheap business class....but $7.300 a ticket is not cheap right....well seems lire its not enough to pay for lounge access. Fork out another $300 per person. Must be the only airline that has the gut to charge this kind of money without the basic business class services. This is the sort of tiering that makes me want to vomit. You go to to check in and make you feel like a begger. Thank you very much Emirates ....never fly with them again until they fix this ridicule thing

A great way to see Dubai my night when everything is lit up. As it was a night tour, the roads & places we stopped were less busy so this made it very enjoyable. Our tour guide provided additional information along side the audio guide.

As mentioned in other reviews, this is a long day, but there is a lot to see packed into the day. My day was extended by the hotel pick up at 7.45 am and then arriving to the main starting point at 9.00 am after four other traveller pick ups that took 75 minutes - I wasn't expected that extra time. But overall I would recommend if you are staying in Dubai for a short time and would like to see some main sights.

SCAM company. We booked a multi day tour with this company. Then we booked flights and activities around the tour. After this they almost doubled the price saying that they made a mistake on the advert and could we please pay the new almost double price. We had to cancel . Do NOT book with them. I thought that grayline was a reputable company that we could trust which is one of the reasons that i booked with them. Not sure why they have gone downhill to one of the worst.

Great tour and guide. Being from USA having lunch at an American restaurant and the food was a lot better than USA was a nice surprise.

They do pack in a lot in one day - perhaps too much - which limits the amount of time spent at each location. Due to queues of around 1 hour, we only spent 1 hour at the top of the Burj Khalifa (BTW 'at the top' is not the highest level - just the observation decks at Levels 124 & 125 of the 163 storey building.) The Islamic Art centre is worth a visit and adequate time was allowed. They could spend less time in the 'souks'. Generally well organized with good pickup.

Regrettably, the tour I experienced was far from what was promised, leaving me profoundly disappointed and feeling misled. Firstly, the tour was advertised as being led by a live tour guide in English. However, upon commencement, it became evident that the tour was pre-recorded, lacking the interactive and personalized experience I anticipated. This misrepresentation was not only disappointing but also greatly diminished the value and enjoyment of the tour. Moreover, the pre-recorded tour experienced technical difficulties, rendering it virtually ineffective due to GPS problems. As a result, I was unable to fully engage with the content, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction with the experience. Additionally, the safety of the tour was compromised by the alarming behavior of the driver. Despite repeated requests to slow down and ensure a safe journey, the driver persisted in driving recklessly, creating a frightening and unsafe environment for passengers. In summary, the tour I booked through TripAdvisor was marred by misrepresentation, technical issues, and a concerning lack of regard for passenger safety. As a loyal customer, I had expected a level of service and professionalism that was sorely lacking in this instance. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for the tour booking in question. I believe it is only fair to receive compensation for the substandard experience I endured, as it falls significantly short of the standards expected from a reputable platform such as TripAdvisor. The bus wasn’t crowed which was good there was only 7 of us which made it comfortable . I enjoyed the tour and the fountain at the Dubai Mall was the highlight.

Great experience, the guide was kind and generous and made sure everyone enjoyed and had a good time. Great driver. Very time conscious.

It was good but I had expected more. The information provided was good The time spent waiting in line for things made the stops very stressful. The guide was nice and gave good information We were so tired after 2 thirds of the trip that we opted out if the last stop.

Very good tour but far too long and exhausting - 12 hours from pick up to drop off. Our guide Naveen and the driver were excellent and worked really hard. Too much time spent in the morning visiting local “experiences” which were ostensibly nothing more than shops with pushy salespeople. Burj Khalif was amazing but be prepared for very long queues.

We were picked up in Abu Dhabi and took a tour to Dubai. Suhail was very nice and took us to the sights in Dubai. He always answered questions politely. It was a pleasant and beautiful day trip to Dubai. We would like to thank Suhail again for this great trip.
