Begin your Santiago bike tour when you meet you guide and small group downtown. After getting set up with a bike and helmet, begin to follow your guide on a 4-mile route (6 kilometers) to three of the city’s top markets. Over the course of the morning, visit a prepared food, vegetable, and seafood market. Your guide takes you through the bustling stalls, pointing out foods you might not recognize, filling you in on Santiago’s history, and answering any questions from your small group as you go.
