Overview
With diverse neighborhoods, multicultural cuisine, and high-tech entertainment, Singapore has enough to challenge the savviest of travel planners. On this tour, take a half-day to orient yourself by seeing some of the city’s most popular attractions by bus. You’ll get a nice introduction to the city and be better able to explore it on your own afterward. This tour sets itself apart with a stop at the National Orchid Garden, home to tens of thousands of orchids.
What to Expect
After pickup from your hotel, begin your tour in Singapore’s Civic District, where you visit government buildings and landmarks. See Parliament House, the Cricket Club, and the National Gallery Singapore. Continue and stop for photo ops of Marina Bay and the Merlion (half-lion, half-fish) statue.

Visit the Buddhist-Taoist temple of Thian Hock Keng, one of the oldest of its kind in the city, and drive through Chinatown.

Your next stop is the National Orchid Garden, which is part of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Stroll about tens of thousands of orchids.

Make your last stop in the Little India neighborhood.

Finish with a drop-off at the original departure point and ponder which places you’d like to return to on your own.

Short, but interesting

We had a very clever guide that told os a lot of interesting facts about history, culture and of Singapore today. Short and hectic, but worth the money I paid for it.
