We had an absolutely fantastic time, can honestly say it was one of the best trips we have been on. Mahmoud our tour guide was brilliant, very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable from the start, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time and made us felt like family members. Jordan is a beautiful country and would highly recommend Zaid tours to anyone who is thinking about traveling to Jordan.

Mr Khalid was a superb private tour guide. He made suggestions that greatly enhanced our experience. He was professional, arrived on time, kept a clean car, and made us feel safe. I would highly recommend Mr. Khalid for any excursions. Also, don’t hesitate to have him tweak your itinerary to accommodate your wishes; if he can, I’m sure he will.

This was a wonderful tour. It included the three major sites we wanted to explore south of Amman. Our driver, Basel N was excellent, giving us plenty of time to explore, and sharing local knowledge. The accommodations were lovely, and the food was excellent. My only suggestion would be a daily itinerary with times and places to help with planning. Thank you for a terrific four days.

This tour was wonderful! All these places are a must see and the tour was well put together. Our driver was very very nice and a wonderful guide. I was traveling solo as a young woman and I felt very safe the entire them. Everyone I met was really nice.

Booking this tour was best decision we made when planning our trip to Jordan . The trip was very well planned and Mr.Mahmoud is fantastic guide and driver . He is very kind , patient and knowledgable . He helped us plan the activities so we can enjoy the time to its fullest . All the hotels booked were amazing with best food . If you are visiting Jordan we highly recommend this tour .

Our tour guide, Firas, was amazing. Started the tour in Amman and Firas recommended a few stops such as Mt Nebo, St George, snorkel in Aqaba and the Dead Sea. Very easy to arrange where to go, what we want to see and do. We were able to see what we wanted and more during this tour. Our tour guide in Petra Jihad was amazing! Sunset in wadi rum in unforgettable. The hotels old village hotel, movenpick in Aqaba and ufo luxohotel were nice. Bubble hotel in wadi rum could use a little bit of cleaning and redecoration. Every staff member in every hotel were very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have done it without Firas! Definite recommend this tour with Firas!

Amazing trip ! First of all, let’s talk about our driver kamal who is one of a kind. He is not only a driver, but a genuine human being. He made everything enjoyable. His joy of life and his love for his country are so delightful . We had the chance to visit the country with his great knowledge about everything. This tour was an escape out of our confort zone. The only downside was that it was way too short. We loved every single moment.

Hassan was an excellent host and driver. He happily answered all my questions, which were many and drove us to all the sights informing us of as much as he could. The local guides with whom the company was connected were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I do have to warn against the terrible conditions of the hotel in Petra the Nabatean Castle, this even after we paid for sn upgrade on accommodations. Finally, I would advise that you be prepared to be pushed towards certain vendors who can sometimes be very aggressive

This year I decided to give myself this holiday to make my dream come true: visit the city of Petra.
So I chose this tour because it was only for us that we are already a family of 5 and I prefer not to depend on other people.
I would add that thanks to the availability and efficiency of Zaid Tours and Travel, in particular of Carol Zaid, I was able to choose exactly what I wanted to do.
They were good at personalizing our tour and I was able to do everything I had in mind like creating my videos and photographing stars in Wadi Rum.

Last but not least our thanks to our driver and problem solver Mr. Sultan who endured and supported me throughout the journey: a wonderful person.
The trip was fantastic and the night spent in the Wadi Rum desert is a unique experience that I recommend to everyone.
