Everything from the transportation, timing, explanations, to the route around and through the city was well organized. Amit was careful to give explanations during the drive to Jerusalem as well as at every stop. The historical detail helped contextualize everything we saw. It was also nice to have an unbiased viewpoint of the city and history. Tradition, belief, and history were all clearly delineated.

The route itself helped to understand the city. Being able to see and hear about landmarks from the Mount of Olives prior to going to the old city helped immensely to understand what we would later see.

The path through the city was also carefully planned, ensuring that we could ascend the Temple Mount during the one hour it was open during the day. The historical detail at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre helped to separate the tradition of the location (and other proposed locations) and historical evidence.

Lunch was great with a fantastic view. Such a unique experience to be able to eat there as a family with the city in full view.

Closing the tour with the sun setting on the western wall was very special as well.

We haven’t been on any other Jerusalem tours but I would recommend this tour to anybody I heard was heading to Tel Aviv. Truly a must for anybody traveling there.

I enjoyed this tour and learnt a lot. So much history and they really gave us some great highlights. Our guide Amit was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with patience. He had heaps of maps, historical pictures to show us along the way too, which added to what he was saying. I was very happy with all the sites that were fit into the tour and the amount of time to see each was nearly spot on. The smaller size is nicer than big tours but sometimes it could be hard to hear in the very busy spots (no audio equipment provided) so good to make sure you get a spot upfront if this could be an issue. I didn't mind the walking but would have liked a little more free time, it was non-stop until about 1pm for lunch so we were definitely starving by then! It is possible we were supposed to have an earlier stop and just ran out of time, but maybe they could suggest we pack snacks in case this occurs. There was a lunch booked for 60 ILS but you didn't have to partake. That said we were only given 45mins for lunch so difficult to predict if that was enough time for many other options. We chose to have the lunch and it was a little hectic. We were told they would refill dishes if we needed but this process was very difficult. All of the dishes I tried were delicious! E.g. Falafel and many vegetable sides with pita, hommus etc. About 10minutes to look at souvenir shops at this point but I think I would have preferred the "shopping time" in the bazaar we walked through later and maybe more than 10mins. Price was about $200 AUD (not including lunch or tips). I didn't do any other tours in Israel so not sure how this compares, but you'll pay a little extra for the smaller group size so take this into consideration when researching. The Temple mount stop requires covering up of the neck, arms, and legs. They provided coverings but bring scarves and wear pants or long skirts if you do not want to wear what is provided. Knees being covered was not enough for women. But it seemed covered hair wasn't as big a concern. Some of this info has nothing to do with this tour company but thought it is useful information. All in all I would recommend this tour for people that are interested in all the history of Jerusalem and don't just need to see the sites quickly, also those that like to have the opportunity to ask questions to along the way - much harder in the big tours.

This was the second group tour I took to Jerusalem and by far the best. The transportation was a very comfortable minivan as opposed to the extra large full sized bus. We were the only tour, thereby no frequent stops to transfer busses or let other tours on/off, which saved a tremendous amount of time for actually seeing the city. All the most important religious sites were seen, including many I had never heard/known about. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing since there is much walking involved. Nadia was a dynamic tour guide- highly knowledgable, enthusiastic, charismatic/friendly and well-balanced for the most part in presenting all the religions in the land. She kept the tour moving, though a little too fast at times. The group pictures that were taken was a bonus, but would have liked to see more Christian backgrounds in the photos. I would recommend this tour to everyone, especially those with a love of history, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Itai was our guide, he's knowledgeable and articulate. The whole experience was smoothly run, informative, and interesting - HIGHLY recommend this if you are looking for a one day tour to Jerusalem.

To start, Itai gave a wonderful summary of Jerusalem's history on the shuttle bus ride from Tel Aviv, with big print out of maps and diagrams - really cool.

The tour covered lots of sights. Jerusalem is beautiful but having a guide really helped me understand the rituals, customs and politics of the city. Lunch was in a comfortable spot. Itai even took photos of the group and shared a google photos link. Great day, get lots of cake from it!

Thanks Itai!

We are in general not a big fan of guided tours, but oh boy, this one was really awesome.
Nadia is truly a fantastic tour guide. She is very enthousiast, dynamic and extremely knowledgeable. She is able to bring all the information in a captivating way, which keeps the tour exiting from beginning to end.
What she also does particularly well, is the way she interacts with all the participants and by doing this, making everyone feeling comfortable in the group. In the end it almost felt as a group of friends.
Well done!
We had an intensive, tiring but also very fun and enriching day. Rivers of Babylon will always remind me of this trip ;-)
Highly recommended!

Efrat was great on this tour. She was very knowledgeable and didn't do things to waste our time. We did a tour previously with another very large company and wasted almost 2 hours with switching busses and waiting for others. Here we got to leave at a reasonable hour and still see everything that was important. The lunch was good. The tour was mostly from a Christian perspective which I appreciated, and I liked that she skipped things that had long lines, and was flexible to come back to things later when she thought the line would be shorter. She was respectful of everyone she interacted with, from us, to the sellers in the shops, to the security guards we encountered. Our driver Tony was awesome as well. I would recommend this tour to anyone, and my husband is going to recommend them to his company for small groups.

Augustina (originally from Argentina) was out tour guide for the day. She made me feel welcome since I was a solo traveler from Boston, USA. She was super knowledgeable and had a good pace for the tour (9am -5pm).
There were less than 20 people on the tour group. There were plenty of times for quick breaks. The actual bus was a nice Mercedes transit van with A/C, which was really comfortable after the tour.
I felt the tour really stood as really excellent out amongst others because they avoided any gift shops and trying to sell other stuff.
The old city of Jerusalem can be intimidating with heightened security, but Augustina really made us feel safe and engaged with everyone in the group.

Wow! Efrat, the tour guide, was amazing. I also happened to visit on the day that the USA President was scheduled to arrive in Jerusalem and the tour guide and driver handled the situation very thoughtfully. The tour itself is phenonemal. Efrat, particularly, was very knowledgeable and did a terrific job distilling thousands of years of history in a matter of a few hours. The places we visited were all breathtaking and life-changing to be able to see up close the trifecta of impact that Abrahamic religions have had on the Holy Land.

One of the best tours I can remember taking. Our guide Nadia was the star of the tour with a thorough (and entertaining) explanation of the history of the region, the religious significance and exemplary time management getting us through all the sites even after unexpected traffic delays. Highly recommend. Jerusalem is truly a place like no other.

One of the best guided tours I have ever experienced. Our tour guide Itai was very knowledgeable and gave a very detailed description of Jerusalem and historical events on way from Tel Aviv all the way into the Jerusalem. A small group of 12 made is a very immersive experience. We spent enough time at every stop with more comments from Itai and comments and questions from our group members. In a place like Jerusalem, of course every stop is a highlight but feeling of visiting and touching the Western Wall was the ultimate experience. Thank you Itai.
