This was a disaster in the making. They will only pick you up from certain hotels on the European side, otherwise you have to make your way to a meeting point. After Spending 150TL to get to the pickup point, we were taken to the Bosporus Dinner cruise instead. We paid 88 USD for the tickets to this show, but were taken to an event that only cost 58USD per ticket. I have still not received a response from Neon tours regarding my 60USD credit for not taking me to the event I booked. 300TL in cab fare, 96USD in tickets and didnt even experience it. So I actually cannot review THIS show since I wasn't taken there.

We're very sorry to hear that you couldn't enjoy your tour.
On the product page it's mentioned that this activity is offered on board.
We offer free pick up service from/to centrally located European side hotels only. Asian side or airport hotels are not on our free shuttle route.
Again we're very sorry that our program didn't meet your expectations but it was the same program on the product page you purchased.

It was 5 hours tour! Amazing tour, the food was good: show very nice. Very well organized . The view were expectacular, highly recommended.
