Explore the best of Bangkok on private half a day tour that takes your around the main highlights but also gives you a glimpse of the local daily bustle.
Visit Bangkok’s popular highlights and lesser-known sights on a half-day private tour that’s a great introduction to the city’s culture, history, and colorful neighborhoods. Exploring with a private guide ensures plenty of time to ask questions and soak up the local atmosphere, as you browse a fresh market, tour Buddhist temples, ride an open-air tuk tuk up the Golden Mount, and cruise a maze of canals.
What to Expect
Meet a guide at a central MRT train station in Bangkok and then set out on foot toward Wat Traimit, home to an imposing golden Buddha statue. Next, continue into Chinatown’s fresh market, which overflows with food stalls, shops, and temples.

Hop a local bus to the Pak Klong Talat Flower Market to see the intricate floral sculptures used as offerings at Buddhist temples, and snap a photo of the Chao Phraya River from Memorial Bridge.

Visit the complex of Buddhist temples in Wat Pho before hopping into a colorful open-air tuk tuk to the top of the Golden Mount, a man-made hill temple with panoramic views of the city. From there, take a canal boat from Phan Pa Klong to see the neighborhood life that unfolds at the edge of the water. Finish the day with a cool drink at a local hangout.

Great tour

My tour guide Tuangtip was super nice and friendly. She showed me around town and took me through the markets, temples, and introduced me to some new foods. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get a good introduction to the city.

Difficult to tell because I prefer nature instead of the buzzy city of Bangkok. Koh Yai is beautifull and also not a a very far distance of Bangkok maybe you can you there? Have a nice time.
