First time getting this type of massage but it was worth it. I would recommend going with someone you are extremely comfortable with. Service was excellent from the pick up to the actual spa time. They even gave us mint tea and snacks in between the services. Would go again if we came back to morrocco

Super helpful taxi driver (Ahmed) who dropped us off and collected us. The spa is in a little narrow alleyway and has a very authentic feel about it. Whilst very tired and used ( really old robes and towels etc they are all clearly laundered and clean. All added to the charm of the place which is set over a number of floors with very narrow stairs connecting the rooms. Staff are polite and do their job well - it was our first Hammam and we were not disappointed at all.

My driver was Younes; he was amazing! He talked me through some history of Marrakech as we drove through and made me feel very safe and comfortable. The ladies at the spa was lovely too and they definitely knew what they were doing. I also tried some Moroccan tea and nibbles, the room was set for the mood with romantic lighting and peaceful music. I’ve put 4/5 because the robes could be cleaner.

Booked before leaving UK.
Hotel reception confirmed the pickup, eventually as phone lines busy, and ensured pick up from hotel, as they said it would be the coffee shop near by, but my forms said the hotel !
Car ready at 10, and nice chap, with good English drove us the 15 mins to the venue, with another pick up on the way.
Arrived 10.15. Up a side alley off mains road in new part of town.
Sat in lounge until 10.30 then got some mint tea.
Other couple went off for their treatment, and we waited another 15minutes,
Eventually got shown into room at about 10.50.
We popped on paper pants (provided) and went into marble wet room.
Hot water not coming through so waited another 5 minutes or so to get sorted.
Argan oil rub good, then mud scrub nice, if you like that sort of thing.
Then shown to another room, bottle of water and 10 minutes later a massage for 40 minutes.
All ok and cheap version of the hotel similar which was much more expensive.
You get what you pay for and at this price it was fair.

Very good experience overall. Our driver Yesin was very friendly and happy. He picked us up on time and we had a good discussion during the drive.
The Spa wasn’t what you would call pure luxury but it was clean and the ladies giving the hamman and massage where very good.
Be warned this isn’t for the modest or shy! I was given massive paper pants to wear, told to take off my bikini and these kept falling down! And then where removed are the end of the hamman by the lady doing it leaving me completely naked during my massage (did cover me with a towel most of the time). Was glad I had my husband with me as it did make me feel a little bit vulnerable. But overall both the hamman and massage where very good and left me feeling relaxed with smooth skin.

I wouldn’t do this again. The driver was nearly an hour late picking us up. I had to walk back to the hotel to get WiFi to contact the driver. When we got there, we sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting to be told what was going on. We then had a body scrub with dirty water. Then waiting another hour for the massage (which was maybe 15 minutes, not 55 minutes), then waited 25 minutes for a taxi to drop us off. We got home around 21:20. It was time consuming and a waste of money.

Lovely head to toe relaxation. Hammam involved being doused with warm water over head and then scrubbed. Fresh mits were used for each client. Clean premises. Friendly staff. Locked cabinets for belongings.

Fantastic experience. Drivers were timely and courteous for pick up and also drop off. The Hammam service and massage were excellent. Communication for pick up was great. Nice facilities too. Great value for the price. Would throughly recommend!

No address uncontacrable on two telephone numbers. Collected by taxi not knowing address. Grubby premises, towels and robes grey in colour. Scrub very basic ,massage not the worst I've had but would not recommend this place.

I brought my mum to Morocco for her birthday & I’m so glad I brought her here, it was such a lovely experience. The driver (Yasin) was friendly and punctual. The ladies in the spa were welcoming, I’ve been to a spa/Hammam in Dubai and Turkey but this one was by far my favourite, if I have time I plan to go again before I go back to London. Thank you very much!
