Overview
Learn to scuba dive during your Maui vacation with Banyan Tree Divers Maui. Our mobile dive shop is owned and operated by PADI instructors who each have over 10 years of professional teaching experience. We focus on your safety and comfort with small group sizes of no more than four beginner divers per instructor.
If you want the one-on-one attention you deserve, then you have found the Lahaina dive shop for you. We provide all of our guests with personalized attention, and when possible, private diving. See our Private Dive for 2 for more information about private shore diving on Maui. Banyan Tree Divers Maui loves to teach scuba diving lessons, so let your introductory experience be under the guidance of our attentive and professional instructor team. We look forward to sharing our passion for Hawaii with you!

- Minimum age to participate is 10
- Guests should be able to carry a minimum of 30lbs for a short distance
- After diving you must wait 18 hours to fly or visit the summit of Haleakala
- Travellers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Not recommended for travelers with asthma or sinus medical conditions
- Basic swimming ability is recommended
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

We got the time wrong and couldn’t make our dive. For those who travel we know busy schedules and plans get mixed up easily. We contacted the company and came to a mutual understanding and they refunded our money we really appreciate this and the professionalism they showed.
