      Not worth the money
We tried a local liquor, a mushroom soup, got free samples af jam and honey in a souvenir shop and a tasting menu at restaurant Farm. Very little for much money and no visit to the local food market but lots and lots of photos on a smartphone of Estonian food. The guide Roman is very friendly and knowledgeable but still…..

      Solo Traveller Experience - okay
The tour was good since I learned a bit of history on Estonia and heard some things about Medieval stories, however I did not go to all of the stops on the tour that are outlined in the description, half of the places we went to were places with free samples and if I wanted more I would need to pay for it in my own time, and I was the only one on the tour which I didn’t feel comfortable with a male-tour guide who was making some gender-related remarks here and there. Whilst I still enjoyed the food, I don’t think it’s worth it unless you have a group going with you. I would’ve rather have known I was the only one on the tour and cancelled it.

      Interesting tour and great organization
We booked the tour just a day in advance. Even in that short amount of time, organization went smoothly : I was contacted the same day with QR codes etc for the ferry, and clear instructions related to how the visit would be organize. Our guide, Svetlana, was great : she had lots of anecdotes about Tallin, led the visits just as you would expect, and gave us nice recommendations for lunch options and shops. Thank you!

Very fun tour, lot of sightseeing and a great history lesson
I had a 3 hours tour, we were 4, around half the time by car and the other half by walking in the Old city. Even if it was snowing all day, it was more than worth it because our guide made us discover some great places (different styles of old Wooden house, Kadriorg Palace, museums, Churches, sightseeing places, best shops for hand made souvenirs, places to get a decent lunch ... ) and also gave us a nice history lesson about Peter the Great and Estonia. Thank you Anastasia (our guide) for this amazing visit and also my friends from Australia. Will surely book another tour.

Not worth it. Tour ≠ description
The tour was an hour short of what was advertised. One stop was going to a store to try their free samples of mustard. Other stops were skipped altogether because they were too crowded. Food provided is not what was advertised in the description you've read. Hard to get in touch with the tour company to attempt to resolve these errors. I firmly recommend you avoid this tour.

Fun and informative food tour of Tallinn!
We stopped at four locations to try traditional liquor, mushroom soup (our favorite - we came back to Munga Kelder the next day for more), brown bread, honey and jams, and a tasting menu at Farm (pate, smoked fish, caviar, beef tartar) and kama for dessert. My husband and I were the only people on this food tour, which made the experience intimate and a lot more personalized. Svetlana was a fantastic guide and gave us a map of her recommended museums, hot chocolate cafe, and restaurants. Highly recommend for one of your first days in Tallinn to get a history of the city and for exploring new places to visit (and restaurants to return to). Great value for the cost of the tour!

A thoroughly enjoyable day in Tallin
The day trip of Tallin from Helsinki was excellent. The tour organisation was first class from receiving the ferry tickets a couple of days before, meeting the guide at the terminal in Tallin, to the pickup in the old town and return to the Ferry Anastasia met us at the ferry terminal in Tallin and gave us a driving tour of Tallin and a walking tour of the Old City. The tour was eductional, informative and very enjoyable, highlighting the best of Tallin. Anastasia also provided some excellent tips on cafes and restaurants to visit in the free time you have at the end of the walking tour. We also enjoyed the small group aspect of the tour. Other than my wife and I our tour group only included one other person. A thoroughly enjoyable day in Tallin. Highly recommended.

      Amazing tour!
Awesome trip! Our guide, Elena was very knowledgeable and very kind. Was nice to have transportation taken care of for a worry-free excursion. I was pretty tired but found the tour to be at a relaxing pace with some downtime at the end. Loved this beautiful city and learned a lot!

Our guide was friendly and informative, and added a lot to our visit to Tallinn. We would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the history of the city.

      Excellent experience x2!!
I had the very good fortune of completing two tours with Svetlana: a two hour walking tour of old city and the food experience tour. Both tours were informative and fufilling! But there are tours…and then there are tours. What separated these experiences from most was the quality of the guide. Svetlana is uniquely knowledgeable and she clearly has a passion to share her experience of Tallinn with those that seek to discover it. More importantly, perhaps, she is a warm and kind person who is able to breathe life and understanding into this culturally complex, yet beautiful space, in this world we all share.
