Great day trip out of Tallinn
This trip is a great way to see a few of the sites outside of Tallinn. The waterfall is particularly stunning and is Rummu Quarry. A varied and interesting trip which was well run and included a stop at a quaint country cafe for lunch.

      Great Day Tour
We had a great day with Andreas, he was very helpful and provided us with such a great insight into Estonia and the environment we were exploring. It was interesting to get out of Tallinn and see a little more of Estonia. Lunch stop was a very good experience. Would highly recommend this tour.

Day Trip in Lahemaa National Park
Highly recommend this tour while in Estonia so that one is able to go beyond the incredible Old Town and see the natural beauty that Estonia has. As well as the Baltic Sea! Helena was our guide, and she was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, I felt like I had a friend for the day that told me all about Estonia, Estonians, and what it’s like to live in Tallinn. Our time at a unique waterfall and through a bog walk in the forest was beautiful and unique, but it was made interesting by the conversation with Helena, and her knowledge of botany, history, and her culture. Even down to her choice for a special lunch, Helena made me feel like I’ll be leaving Estonia a wiser, more informed, person. I’ll also note I had a lot of trouble in planning my trip to Tallin in regards to solidifying tours and private transportation. Several tours would not provide confirmation if only one or two people were booking, requiring four people to confirm a reservation. Prangli Travel confirmed the day before (and there were only two of us) so their ability to provide this tour really enriched my experience in Estonia. Very appreciated!!!

10 out of 10 Laheema day trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip to Laheema National Park, which was greatly enhanced by our fantastic guide Christo. His knowledge, stories and sense of humour made the whole day so much fun. Being a local man who knew so much about the nature of the area and gave us fascinating facts everywhere we went was so interesting. The Jagala waterfalls were spectacular, part frozen and the Sagadi Manor House was fascinating, making me feel as if I was in War & Peace, and all just the right length of time at each stop. The Viru Bog walk was also great and we enjoyed seeing something a bit different. The beach at Altja was amazing, all covered in snow and we did enjoy seeing the coastal area. The lunch stop was also a highlight - delicious food and the hearty soups certainly warmed us up on a cold day. We felt very welcome in the local restaurant. All in all I would not only highly recommend this fabulous tour, a great day out and well worth the price, but if you have the opportunity you should ask for Christo as he just made it the perfect day for us. Thank you Christo - we so enjoyed your company.

      Perfect organization
We booked several tours with Prangli Travel: old Tallinn, Soviet Tallinn, Lahemaa National Park and dogs’ sledge in Small Lapland: all the tours have been perfectly organized, the communication with Annika has been fast and smooth and all the guides were nice, speaking a very good english and with a lot of knowledge also beyond the ordinary. Definitely reccomended.

Unique day out - Thank you Helena!
We had such an amazing day trip doing cross country skiing (two of us). It was a really fun and unique experience and so lovely. Our instructor, Helena, couldn’t have been better. She was great at explaining what we needed to do, let us go at our own pace, and made sure we were having a good time (safely too!) The pick up was prompt and lesson length was perfect. I can’t thank both Helena and Prangli enough for this truly special day out. We even had Santa meet us at the end and give us chocolate!

Day trip to Lahemaa National Park
We went on a day trip to Lahemaa national park with our guide, Helena. The tour was very organized, on schedule, and worth every penny. At each stop, Helena explained a lot of the history behind it. We highly recommend this tour for those visiting Tallinn for the first time and want to experience Estonian nature.

      Bog and Sauna hike
We booked the Estonia's Bogs and Sauna Tour with Helen. Helen picked up our family of three from the hotel in Tallinn and drove us to a pristine bog about an hour outside of the city. November has a reputation for no sun, but we lucked out and had a beautiful sunny day. We are an active family that loves to hike and Helen adjusted our itinerary to include climbing two observation towers out in the bog. Helen is a confident and knowledgeable guide and answered all of our questions. (we had a lot). Helen provided hot tea and pumpkin bread at our mid-hike break. At the end of our hike we experienced a traditional farm sauna. The sauna is located in a resort that offered snacks and beer. Our son enjoyed his pasta dish and we enjoyed our beer! The highlight of the trip was jumping from the hot sauna into a cold pond. It was exhilarating and not to be missed!

Day visit to Lahemaa NP with Jorge
Day trip to Lahemaa National Park. It was a fantastic day! We were two retired couples (Canada and USA) with backgrounds in national park management. Our guide, Jorge, was excellent - great Estonian history and natural resources information. As well as a safe driver with a comfortable van.

      Beautiful sights
The tour was wonderful and Jorge was very interesting and informative. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because originally our reservation was lost, but the tour company was able to set us up with a private tour and it all worked out!

Jorge made this experience INCREDIBLE! Best tour guide we’ve ever had. I LOVED the Rummu. I wish we could have stayed there longer but loved each part of the trip. It was awesome.

      Brilliant!
My partner and I loved this tour with Kris. We spent over 2hrs wandering the streets and Kris's knowledge was first class. He told us a lot about the history of Tallinn, its buildings (uses and architecture) and lots more. Our group also asked lots of questions which kept up the interest for everyone, including Kris! A voluntary contribution was gratefully accepted and he deserved it!

Fabulous Day Tour to Prangli Island
This was one of the best tours I've ever taken. It was just a couple of us, so our guide, Katri, was able to spend a lot of time with us, and show us many interesting spots along the way. Katri was so friendly and knowledgeable. After the tour, she emailed us with more suggestions of things to do as well as listing every place we had visited that day so we could remember all the names. Next time I am in Tallinn, I will ask for Katri by name!

A fantastic personalised tour as we were the only 2 booked on for this day! The tour guide drove us in her car and pointed out lots of historical sights on route…once arriving at the waterfall she was happy to take photos of us for us and supplied a very local and handmade lunch of traditional Estonian food laid out with care on a cloth covered log..along with a taste of Tallinn’s traditional Vana drink. The only thing missing was a lovely log fire 😂it was definitely an experience we’ll remember and take a lot of Estonian history back with us Thank you 😊

Katie was wonderful. Very friendly and told us a lot about the history of Estonia. I loved her little stories.
Initially I was in doubt as the temperature were a bit low. But I was bit disappointed. It was just great. I couldn’t have enough of it. Also the picnic was lovely in great company. The boys loved it, playing around the waterfall and hiding in the forest. Thanks

I cannot recommend this highly enough.

4 others didn't turn up so it was just the two of us with the guide who was super friendly (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) so we had almost a personal tour and it was so so good. We got loads of local history from her on the journey to the waterfall which took 25-30mins, pointing out landmarks and giving us local insight that we would never have got going on our own.

Once there we had loads of photo opportunities and got to walk across the frozen lake and behind the waterfall. It was absolutely stunning, so beautiful. It was just starting to thaw so we probably got there on the last day of it being properly frozen (21st Jan). Whilst we were exploring our host set up a picnic in the snow with all sorts of traditional local snacks which were all really tasty and explained the history of them. So many little stories and facts. We even talked about how languages evolved in surrounding countries! Not to mention we got our first taste of Vana Tallinn (yum) and some home made tea which was also delicious.

It wasn't the cheapest trip at around £70 each but we got so much more from it than we would have done just getting a taxi or hiring a car and would have spent almost as much.

My only regret is that we didn't take any cash with us so we weren't able to give a tip which we absolutely felt she earned. Hopefully this review will act in lieu of that and more people will book on the trip! 100% worthwhile.

We were picked up directly from the hotel. Another couple was also on our tour. It was about a 20-minute drive to the waterfall. On the way, we were told about some of the things we drove past and also a bit about Estonian culture. We were there in mid-March, and the waterfall itself was unfortunately no longer frozen, but there was still snow. It was probably still completely frozen until mid-February. It was still beautiful!
The picnic was small but nice. We hadn't had breakfast and were full afterwards.
On the way back, we drove a little further past the TV tower and we were told something again.
We lose out for the price-performance ratio. For two hours and a few snacks, it's a pretty steep price.
