Jakub was an excellent host! It was just two of us and the guide and he did a great job connecting and making us feel welcome. We loved our tour of Bratislava and all the food we tried (perhaps our favorite of our entire European tour). Truly a great experience!

This tour was fantastic! Our guide was very sweet and you could tell she enjoys these tours as much as her clients! Every meal we tried was delicious and I would have loved to finish every dish (even though it became impossible, since there was so much) I can highly recommend the tour not just for vegans (as me and my girlfriend aren’t either) but to everyone who simply enjoys great food! 11/10

We had an excellent food tour with our guide Pavlina. She had a great knowledge of traditional Slovaki cuisine, which she shared om a fun and effective way. The stops were nice, and the food and drinks were interesting and (mostly) delicious. We can warmly recommend the food tour, as a way to learn about and taste Slovakian food traditions:)

Paula was a wonderful tour guide. It was an easy walk between food stops and the walk was filled with interesting bits of both history and personal stories. We loved the stop at the market as it was fun to look around at all of the available food. We did the tour based on the Kara and Nate youtube review, and it was exactly as they described.

We had an amazing afternoon with our guide Tereza. The food was amazing, and Tereza was warm, engaging and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time with her, as much as we enjoyed the food stops. Throughout our tour Tereza shared interesting information about about Bratislava, including historical and customary facts. My husband and I, along with our two children (20 & 18) would absolutely recommend this tour. Be sure to come with an empty stomach or you will be sorry!

Had an incredible time learning about Bratislava and trying local foods with our guide. She was friendly and knowledgable. Food was delicious and the city was lovely. Would recommend to anyone who is in Bratislava!

What a great day! Linda was an amazing host and every place she took us to was great, every dish she arranged delicious. If you've got an afternoon to spend in Bratislava, there is no better way to spend it.

My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. Our guide, Terezia, was excellent and we loved hearing about Slovak customs and current every day life. The food was wonderful and we appreciated having the option to choose which dish we wanted. We also appreciated that, after the tour, Terezia sent us an overview of the places we went to, and the dishes we had. She also gave us a list that contained recommendations on where to have coffee, breakfast, drinks, etc.

This was one of my most disappointing travel experiences. We tasted somewhat traditional Slovak food to start off the brunch tour, which was followed up with cheese and pastries at a supermarket (!) and we ended with some pancakes. The brunch tour holds no value for money - charging 70 Euro for a tour, where the total value of the food is less than 30 Euro is obscene. Furthermore, I was ensured that the tour would be pescaterian-friendly. When non-pescaterian products were offered (eg. pork buns), no equal substitute was made. I have been on food tours in cities such as Rio, New York, Prague, Porto to name a few, so I have a reference point for what is good and what is poor. A tour should include a variety of local foods, visits to local markets for fresh produce, and/or expose participants to "hidden gems" that they would not necessarily find on theit own. This experience included none of the above and was significantly below average.

Amazing experience. Teresa, our guide, was fantastic! There was a great selection of food and we really got a taste of traditional Slovakian food. This trip is a must!!

Absolutely awesome experience! My friend and I were able to enjoy Tereza all to ourselves and shes was great! It was almost as if we were already friends with her. Great since of humor and just overall fun experience. She took us to some great establishements to enjoy the local food and prepare some lessons to help understand a little history about the cuisine. Truly an A1 experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to explore Bratislava! FYI...I would ask for Tereza to be your guide if possible :)!

Terezia was our tour guide and it was worth the drive! She was extremely personable, integrating well with our jokes, etc. Each selection on the tour was tasty and we liked that we were given choices, though we went with the recommended option to immerse ourselves in the culture. Would definitely recommend this tour to our other friends!

I had a great time exploring the Bratislava food scene with Tereza as a guide. She blended informative commentary about Slovakia and it's cuisine with friendly and fun conversation expertly. It was also great value for money considering the sheer breadth of local dishes we sampled. I was far too full for dinner!

Our guide Tereza (Končová) was friendly & knowledgeable, and made traipsing around the City over-eating an absolute delight! She was a solid resource for asking questions and an in-road to understanding local culture. And what great recommendations for the remainder of our trip!

I went on a day trip to Bratislava and found this food tour which was perfect to try various Slovakian foods and learn a bit about the culture. Tereza was a wonderful food guide who was both sweet and funny. Come hungry because you will eat lots during the tour! Each dish will be delicious and you will leave feeling very full and satisfied.
