A quick 90 minutes to get an overview of places you cannot walk to in Bratislava
We had only one day in Bratislava and wanted to see the major sights quickly. This was the perfect choice for us. We booked our ticket through our hotel concierge, but could just as easily bought it on the street (same price) from a truly helpful young man named Sebastian who spoke perfect English. Sebastian was helpful, friendly, and gave us other travel suggestions while we waited for our bus. Be aware that the bus driver does not speak English, so you must depend on the information and instructions provided through the headphones. When the bus pauses at places to give you an opportunity to take photos, you need to be ready. The bus stops at two locations to allow you an opportunity to get out and quickly see these two sights: the Slavin Memorial, and the Bratislava Castle. Both involve a lot of walking quickly, and at the Slavin Memorial a lot of stair climbing. If you really hurry you can see what is there, but you won't have time to dawdle, and no time for WC breaks, so be sure you go before you get on the bus.

    Amazing tour by Presporacik
Beautiful experience and many interesting facts about Bratislava were said, we’ve seen all the crucial monuments along with a bubbly, pleasant personality of the driver on top! We definitely recommend the trip for a very reasonable price! See you next time in Bratislava!

    Bratislava on the go
It’s a lovely and well organized tour around Bratislava. All is for your convenience including the audio guide in different languages. The best way to get acquainted with the city and spot the places you would like to come back to. Highly recommend for all occasions - solo, family, friends or even business trips. I would really love to hop on again 🙂

Excellent tour around the city . Stops at Slavin and the castle give an overview and you can revisit them in more depth later . Driver very polite and helpful. Commentary good and on time either tour , which is not always the case . Comfortable vehicle with blankets provided. All in all would thoroughly recommend

Convenient / Accessible Tours with Friendly Staff!
This tour is exactly as described. The open sided bus is great for those desiring a bit of space / ventilation. The driver provided headphones (new) that plugged into the seat, I was then able to listen along to an audiotour while the driver stopped at each major point of interest. I ended up on a couple tours that day, and it was a great way to spend the morning!

Nice ride but confusing route did not follow map route
OK overview and nice to ride around. Route did not follow map provided though , so it was discombobulated and confusing. Walking tour we did the next day was incredibly better.

We only went on this trip because my partner could not walk up to the castle. It was mind-numbing and I nearly went to sleep. There really isn’t too much to see in Bratislava and most of the sites you may want to visit are close together and the walk is flat. If you happen to find yourself in Bratislava, just wander around, take a few photos, have a beer, etc, but don’t spend your Euro on this.
Indeed, as an alternative, go to the grubby-looking, little red building under the bridge at Most SNP, pay around EU2 and go by bus to Devín Castle. It is a ruin, set up high in a pretty location where the Danube and Morava Rivers meet. Highlight of my visit!

We took the grand city tour which included 2 different vehicles. It is an audio tour in multiple languages , so there is no interaction with a tour guide and no opportunity to ask questions. Our vehicles stopped multiple times to catch up with the audio portions.
As a quick overview of the old city it was useful, but not entertaining. Another tour company called it fake history, I don’t know about that but the ‘old’ carriages / busses they show on the website , which I took to be quaint and original are all modern vehicles, comfortable but nothing charming about them. Another reviewer said they fell asleep, me also.

The tour in general was not enjoyable specially in the middle of the summer the heat ruins the experience altogether since there are no roof tops and no ac and I dont really suggest this tour for tourists since many of the things you see are not considered attractions.
So overall I wouldnt call this a grand tour my advice just go around using the tram or public transport

While at first this doesn't seem very well organized, once we got on the adorable little bus, it was great! The tour was listed at about an hour but ours was definitely closer to 2 hours. Our driver was great, adding his own little pieces of knowledge in between the audio guide; made it much more personable. We couldn't get in to the castle that day but we had about 30 minutes just to walk around the grounds and check out the building and views - amazing. The town itself is so clean and easy to walk through and all of the people we had contact with were so friendly. Great place and great tour.

This trip is booked on the Main square in the old town. There is, essentially two tours and we did both. The Old Town trip and the Panoramic trip. The Panoramic trip takes you around everything except the Old Town, right up to the Castle. Very informative and well worth doing. We were not in Bratislava long and got a really good impression from these trips in a short time. Very informative

Took this tour. Nothing special here.
They have ear phones with recordings in your preferred language as you drive around Bratislava.

Not very informative. Pretty much canned. They stop at the castle on top for 15-20 min.

You are better off finding a private guide tour. I guess you sort of get what you pay for. Low cost, not terribly informative.

You do get a general layout of the old city. But that’s about it.

We only had the one day in Bratislava. This was an excellent way to see the city. We saw the palace and had some time to walk around the outside. We also got to see the old city which was really our favorite. So glad we took this tour. The weather was not so great, so it was nice that the little trolley had windows and a roof that protected us.

we were in town for a day trip, having sailed down from Vienna. we heard of the tour, and bought our tickets, on the ferry en route to Bratislava. at €12 for the hour long trip, we thought it pretty good value and a nice way to see the sights, this being our first time in town.

alighting the boat, we were led up to the road and introduced to our driver. though he had little English, he seemed very friendly. he doled out the headsets, there's a comm system for the commentary in multiple languages, and we set off on our tour. what followed was a pleasant hour, travelling around the city. starting and finishing in the old town, with a 20 minute stop at the castle in between.

a nice introduction to the city. fun to ride in the old tour bus and the commentary was both interesting and entertaining. I would happily recommend.

we took this little bus from the street across the old town. Reasonably price to go to castle and the small city trip. The driver was helpful as we told him that we want to visit the castle from inside so he can pick us up when he ll come back in next round. so he agreed and took us to UFO tower in the next round as he has to come with empty seats for three to take us down. Worth it
