- OrhanTuna00Great tour and food workshopThis is a must do at Bratislava. Nikola was very positive, informative and fun; during our tour at Bratislava we learned a lot about the city and its cuisine. She told us the stories of the people, buildings and statues. After around 2 hours of tour we arrived at the workshop place, which is specifically designed for this purpose. We prepared two local dishes and we cooked them deliciously. All ingredients were prepared (cut and weighted) thus we just did the fun work. I highly recommend it.
- Stephan_Marina_K00Yummy all the wayThis Candy experience was unique and well executed with a tremendously nice and competent Guide who basically made sure we were truly pleased with our Tour. Five Stars and two thumbs up
- audreyk88000Bratislava, Slovakia old city tourNicole, our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. She was interested in the history and shared her information with us to our satisfaction.
- Anne Marie T00Relaxing and Interesting TourThis was quite a relaxing tour on the Danube.Due to the large amount of people using the boat, I suggest that the tour guide would board the boat as early as possible so that tour group would be together. Our group went on last on the boat so guide could not stay with whole group together. The wine tasting was also quite rushed due to lack of time. Notwithstanding the previous comments tour was still worth it and was very interesting as well.
- 653rossh00Fantastic personalised toursWe did two different tours whilst in Bratislava. First one was with Nicola it was a 2 hrs walking tour around Old Town. Nicola was fantastic knowledgeable and she went out of her way to explain so much to us. Very enjoyable and friendly experience. The other was a day trip to Bojnice Castle and Cicmany Village, we were driven by vehicle by Margarit, she was also fantastic and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Very interesting tour and both tours there was only two of us , so it was very personal. Definitely recommend Tripito from our experience here in Bratislava. Thankyou.
- katorr9400Californians in SlovakiaWe enjoyed the traditional Slovakian meal. The food was delicious and we greatly enjoyed it. Our host Betty was extremely wonderful and well informed in Slovakian history. Ďakujeme za všetko! Všetko bolo skvelé a jedlo bolo chutné!
- 109markf00Informative and interesting tour of BratislavaWalking tours can be a little bit hit or miss depending on the guide and the locale. Happy to report that our walking tour of Bratislava with Nicole was definitely in the hit category. Upon meeting up with our guide outside of the Slovakian National Opera it transpired that it was just myself and my wife on the tour that morning. We were then treated to a personal tour of the old town learning a lot about Bratislava’s and Slovakia’s history, local customs as well as some great recommendations for places to eat and visit. I would recommend the tour to anyone visiting the city.
- GMPhx00A lovely 2 hour walk through Bratislava's historic sitesMy wife and I experienced this tour on March 22nd afternoon. It was organized by Tripito and our guide was Marguerite (spelling may be incorrect). She was an excellent guide who is very knowledgeable about the history and other fun facts about different spots on the tour. She is also very proud about being a Skovakian and her heritage. We saw many of the normla tourist spots, but we also saw several historical monuments that are off the beaten path. Her English is excellent and she made the 2 hour walk go by in no time, leaving us with the thought that we should come back to Slovakia. Nicely done!
- yialia5700Two hour walking tourMy husband and I participated in the two hour walking tour in Bratislava. Our guide Nicole was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the history of Bratislava. There were only four people on this tour so in fact it was more like a private tour. We would highly recommend Tripito as they are a small, friendly and knowledgeable company. Would definitely use their services again.
- hazelo77800Lily1305Wonderful tour with a lovely informative guide. We would never have discovered many of the sights without Betty.
- Paul G00Superior Bratislava tour with Tripito and our guide Nikola.I done take tours because too often they are hit or miss... rarely an excellent experience. But Nikola was simply brilliant with her knowledge and love for her town. We were consistently captivated by her efficient interesting descriptions of things plus her stories. We learned a lot. It was like having your own history and culture professor but like a friend. Perfect balance of professional and personal. This tour is highly recommended by both of us.
- dickrichard70000Lovely pace ,great guideWe were the only two on the tour, so it was personal and at our pace . Betty our guide was very knowledgeable and charming . Well worth 2 hours
- Marawarren00Thoroughly recommend this tour company and BettyWe booked two trips in Bratislava via the Viator website with the TRIPITO company. Both times we were luck enough to have Betty as our tour guide and she was excellent. Our first tour was wine tasting where she picked us up and drove us out to an old prison which has been converted into a wine cellar. We had a really nice Slovakian lady who told us about the wines and Betty translated. We got to try 10 different wines included two of their unique wines. The experience was excellent and we really enjoyed this. We then met us with Betty two days later to go on a boat trip to Devin castle. Betty gave us a great run through of the Slovak history as well as talking us through the sites as we went along. She explained all about Devin castle when we got there and showed us everything. We then went to try red current and black currant wine which was definitely an experience. Betty really made our trip to Bratislava very enjoyable and we couldn’t recommend her enough. An excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable.
- Scott W00Fantastic tour with BettyWe had an awesome tour of Bratislava Old Town with Betty and it was possibly the best city tour we’ve ever been on. She took us around all the sights and told us stories that we’d never have heard otherwise. The city walls, the gates, the fountains, churches, statues and more A truly fascinating 2 hours that I’d recommend to any Bratislava visitor

The wine cellar had a great atmosphere. Our guide was very nice and professional. I don't have so much knowledge about wine but the information provided by the guide caught my interest. I appreciated individual approach and family atmosphere of the place. Both wines and refreshments were fantastic. I highly recommend the visit.

I would really recommend this tour! The wines were fantastic! It was easy to book and our guide Betty was really good! My wife and I did this wine tour on our wedding anniversary. The wines were great and were all local. We had never had Slovakian wine until we came to Bratislava and we were pleasantly surprised!
We were able to try white, rose and red- all of which were delicious!

Our guide Betty met us outside the national theatre and drove us to a village just outside the city.
We went to a winery in a basement, and tried a real variety of local wines, found out about the wine industry in Slovakia. It was really good fun and interesting.
The lady at the winery was really great and gave us lots of information and Betty made the whole trip really lovely. We would definitely recommend this trip.

Our guide Suzzanne was wondeful, shared a lot of information about Slovakia, its people, history, Slovakian wine and points of interest along our short drive to a tasting room in Raca. There we were treated to a generous tasting of whites, reds and port. Our guide was the interpreter. I would have liked to have visited another wine producing village or even moreso, visited a vineyard. The experience lasted much shorter than I would have liked. I hope they consider expanding this tour to include a vineyard, a ride down the Danube or another tasting room to break up the time. Overall, it was a good experience and I do recommned taking the tour to learn more and be delighfully surprised by the quality of wine produced in Slovakia.

Went for a wine tour in September. Tried 10 wines very quickly. After 30min we had already 5 glasses, way too quick! It was fun but way too expensive for what it is.
It was basically in a restaurant, trying 10 smalls glasses with no food included.
Overpriced...

Dear Xavi, we appreciate your opinion, thank you for the review. As is stated in descripotion of this tour - tour includes 10 standard samples of wine, transfers, English guide and small snack which was fullfiled and provided to you. According to our information you were there for 2 hours and you even have a chance to lisen to traditional music which they dont provide usually. This place is a wine cellar and not a restaurant. Also you were offered to buy a goulash soup, because of other group which was there. If we calculate all services included in this tour, we think that this price is reasonable.

A most enjoyable few hours with our guide; After our pick up in Bratislava we were taken to a small town some 15/20minutes from Bratislava. Sampled more than 15 different wines. Great fun and good value. Highly recommend.

Hello there. We arrived in Bratislava today and just read about your wine tour. Is there any chance we could do one tomorrow (Oct 17)? There are 4 adults. Thanks, Darlene
