I was traveling solo with only a couple days in Budapest and had never rode a Segway before. Arash gave me, and the other couple that was in my group, a very fun and interesting tour. He’s very polite and knowledgeable about Budapest and fun to chat with. The Segway is incredibly fun and easy to get used to. We were able to move at a great speed, and I did not get tired even with 3+ hours (with a couple breaks and several stops to take pictures). We saw so many beautiful places in Budapest, and I got to continue on on my own (on a private reserved tour) and hear even more of Hungary’s history. The guides and operator are very polite and accommodating. They even offered us gloves knowing it would be cold. Now I’ll probably do Segway tours of every major city I visit!

It was a fun way to explore the city of Budapest. Me and my girlfriend saw and learned a lot from our friendly guide Ali. I would certainly recommend this and especially if you are searching for a way to quickly explore this city in a fun manner.

It was a wonderful experience. It was our first time on segway and they took time to explain everything. Our guide Valerie was the best. She was kind, very helpful and knew a lot about the city, past and present history. She was always checking on us and making sure we were ok. This trip is a must if you are in Budapest, because it will show you all the best places in a compact but fun way.

We had a great time on our first Segway tour. The folks a GetSegway are super friendly and flexible. Our guide Arash was wonderful and provided a lot of info on Budapest. He did a great job making sure everyone had a safe, fun time. Even helped my wife down the hill on the Buda side. Even though it was raining at times, we had a good time and enjoyed the tour. They have gloves and ponchos if you need them.

Today we took the private 3 hour Segway tour: Fisherman’s Bastion to the Heroes’ Square. While our guide was sweet, she had only lived in Hungary and Budapest for a year. Her knowledge of the city and its history was limited and she didn’t speak the language. Also we did not go to everything they said we would in the online description. I specifically picked this tour because it covered all the main attractions. But we missed many - sometimes going right near them but she didn’t tell us what they were or what was just around the corner. We later walked back and on our own went to see several things she hadn’t showed us, including the Shoes on the Danube and St. Stephen’s. Both were less than a block from where she took us but she never pointed them out. Tomorrow we now will have to go to Heroes’ Square, spa and the castle by metro and without a guide. Those were suppose to be covered today. Furthermore today we rode the segways for 20-30 minutes without her saying anything at times. And then her descriptions were vague and insight limited when we did stop. While we personally liked her, it was not a good tour and we can’t recommend.

Thanks for your comments. Thanks for coming on our tour. Your tour guide is the actually the newest part of our team, who has been working with us for about a month, although she has completed a training and our test. Our tours are private so we give everyone the option to discuss the places with the guide and what will be covered before the tours starts so you get the perfect tour experience designed for you. Our 3-Hour tour is described as going to Fisherman's Bastion as well as Heroes' Square - but you have picked a Margaret Island instead (good choice since you wanted to spend some time inside the Thermal Baths on Heroes' Square and go there by walk), so once we agreed, your tour started. The route was completely discussed and chosen before the actual start. Although, we are thankful for your comments about your tour guide not pointing out all the places you were going near. She has done couple of tours before taking you on one, and received only very positive reviews, but as we found out, she will need much more experience to provide a excellent customer satisfaction. We are also surprised by this review, since we have spoken together after the tour and you said that it was really nice and even tipped your guide generously, we thought you are satisfied, we only found out otherwise by reading your review, so we immediately tried to contact you offering you another tour with one of the professional guides for free to make sure you are 100% satisfied, or a money back option, but you refused all options. As you can see, this is a first time someone submitting a review about us in this spirit, unfortunately mistakes happen and you did not accept one of our options to have you leaving with a good mood! (although you seemed yo be). .

We’d booked our tour whilst still in the Uk, whilst the responses weren’t the fastest - we got there in the end.

It was definitely worth persevering as Kamran made our trip really enjoyable & was more like part of our party than the guide.

We agreed our route at the beginning as some of the party had visited before & made it all the more special by visiting Margaret Island. Do your research in advance so you can assist in what you want to see / visit.

Buda castle well worth it too - esp in the heat!

Private tour also recommended. Thanks again Kamran you made our holiday! Definitely one of the best Segway trips we’ve experienced.

Initially it was hard to locate the office, when we did the people in there were very noisy talking to each other in a different language to English.
We were a little scared - signed up and showed our guide Paul that we paid for a 3.5 hour tour with a coffee break. Paul did not know this but when I showed it he agreed.
Paul did the neebiews first and they did very well. We all went fine and would have liked to go faster. Paul allowed this until we reached the castle walls. From then it was very slow. Tour was good, kowledge good, interacted with us welll.
We have done some hard core segway cources in our time and this one was certainly more for beginners. No free time like in

Amsterdam
Paris
Nice
Just to name a few.
We enjoyed it and our first time friends loved it. We will need to start requesting for experienced riders I think!
Thanks Paul !!!
