Sightseeing in Budapest can mean lots of walking and standing, especially when ticket lines are involved. Enjoy some of the city’s top sights with less effort on this Danube River evening cruise. With a welcome drink in hand, take a seat and let landmarks such as the Chain Bridge and Parliament glide past. A choice of departures and optional food-and-wine upgrade offer extra flexibility.
What to Expect
When booking, choose between two or three departures, with timings dependent on the season, and pick a cruise length.

Head to the river dock near Pest’s Szent Istvan Park to board the comfortable boat and enjoy a seasonal welcome drink or orange juice. Then, settle on the interior deck, which is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer, or the open deck, where blankets are available. The boat also offers complimentary Wi-Fi and a bar where you can purchase drink at your own expense.

Then, admire Budapest’s UNESCO-listed Danube embankments while you cruise. Glide by the Hungarian Parliament, Buda district, and Chain Bridge, and on later evening departures, view the night-time illuminations. If you’ve upgraded, savor a Hungarian charcuterie-and-cheese platter with a glass of red wine.

Your experience finishes back at the starting dock.

Great cruise at sunset

A great cruise for the price though it would have been nice to have a guide to point out what you were looking at. The drinks were not great but for the price was a nice addition. The tour takes the perfect amount of time...More

You get what you paid for. If your expectations are no more than a 60 minute boat trip then you won't be disappointed. Expect anything more and you will be.

For 9 euro, this was worth every penny. The drinks were great plus you can order more on their own menu. The staff was friendly and quick with the service. It was worth it

Nice views and time of day.

The staff is not that trained/friendly. The drinks that you get included are terrible. The location to boar the boat is kind of far from the center (the rest for the river cruises).

We took the 8:45 which was perfect for dusk and evening photos. There was a 10pm cruise after ours.
