        Good experience, but felt rushed.
Very good experience, definitely something that everyone should experience. However, found the tour extremely rushed, not as much info given as we'd like and skipped lots of sections.

Really well organised, pick up time communicated well and on time. Our driver was very professional and sorted out our lunch too. Would definitely recommend- much easier than sorting the trip on our own.

        Worth doing
Auschwitz trip was something I’ve felt the need to do for a long time and even though I thought I was prepared a few bits still upset me. The mine I had no prior knowledge of but as it was a must see thought I’d do it. It didn’t disappoint and I enjoyed it. Our driver Bartek was brilliant, he was friendly and knowledgable and very helpful. The lunch we bought from him was extremely tasty. Would recommend this trip to others

        A must go place
It was an amazing day. The history of this place just makes you so sad but glad I went to visit. We booked a private transfer from krakow. Our hotel did it for us and our driver waited while we did the tour and then brought us back. It was very reasonable at about £120 for 5 of us. We booked the tour separately from the uk. I had read that booking a tour on another website didn’t alway guarantee you would get the time you wanted and some had even been cancelled and didn’t want to take the chance as it was the main reason we were visiting. Our guide was amazing and very informative and took her time even though it was very busy. I would say if you are at all mobility impaired some of it is quite difficult. There is a lot of walking involved both at Auschwitz and Burkenau.

        Auschwitz Tour
This review is only for the transport to Auschwitz. The operators weren't personable and only cared about getting us there and back, making zero effort to get to know anyone. Skip the lunch boxes, you won't have enough time to eat.

        Well worth the day trip
From booking the trip to the return to our hotel, the trip was faultless. The communications from the tour operator were very good. On the day, Tomas our driver looked after us very well from advising on our collection time, the process at Auschwitz and on the overall journey. Our guide was very informative & was open to questions.

Great trip and definitely worth the visit. Driver was a little sharp when I first asked a question which then made the rest of the journey very awkward as I didn’t want to get another sharp reply.

        A reflective visit.
Very moving visit, quiet and respectful atmosphere. Well organised. Group of eight. We were picked up and returned for our hotel and our driver, Pawel was very friendly and helpful. We saw a documentary during our journey which was informative. The guide at the Museum was very knowledgeable. There is no free time except for toilet visits. I definitely recommend the visit.

        Lest we forget
The trip to Auschwitz was so memorable how can human beings treat others like this. I hope school children are taught the history of this and to take the memory with them through life so that it is never allowed to happen again

        Heartbreaking
The most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever experienced, it’s a place I would recommend everyone visit at least once in their lifetime but also recommend people watch a few YouTube videos of the survivors so you you know what your looking at when you go. Amazing day but my heart felt heavy looking at everything left behind. As it was winter it got dark pretty early so was quite haunting going in the bunkers with just your phone flash light on, the last photo I uploaded is when we were leaving and it’s a view I will never forget, I didn’t take photos in the work camp it just didn’t seem appropriate.

Picked up on schedule at a nearby hotel. Transfer minibus was comfortable albeit the seats were a bit small/did not have lots of legroom.

Driver was friendly and the video that played on the way was a good introduction. The company was efficient in getting us to the museum with the right tickets, showing us where to go to pick up the official museum guide and where to meet them afterwards.

Was contacted 2 days in advance with details of pickup and offered a lunch package on the next day. We did not take this up. Note the museum only gives around 10 mins break around lunchtime between the two sites, so not much time to eat if you want to.

I think it cost us around £12.50 per person above the museum guide price online, so for the convenience of working out public transport / transfer between sites and where to go to at the museum I would recommend this as a way to go for a guided tour of the Auschwitz.

I guide at the museum (not associated with this company) was good, but we did find the tour was a bit rushed. We would like to have spent more time at the sites and consider some of the things you see. If you are in London beforehand and have time to go to the Imperial War Museum I would highly recommend you go to the holocaust exhibition beforehand. This gives you a lot more background information and personal stories that the tour at Auschwitz gave us.

Although a sad reminder in history, it is definitely worth the visit. There are many tour companies providing this experience, but it is worth doing a bit of ground work to obtain a reputable tour company. Also, book well ahead before your visit as they do get booked up quickly and they also raise the prices nearer the time you want to visit (or sell out!). We booked with a tour company to be picked up at a 'pick up point' as they didn't offer hotel pick up and we nearly didn't find the pick up point in time, so I would suggest to pay extra for a hotel pick up to save a lot of stress. The tour in the museum is well organized with a guide and headphones. You can take photographs in only some areas of the museum as you will be advised. You also need to have photo ID with you to undertake the tour, so ensure you have this with you. The second part of the tour in Birkenau is very open with no trees, so no shade on a hot day (which was the case when we visited) so ensure you have sunscreen, hat etc. There is no shop or café on site but there is a vending machine, but limited and costly so do remember to take food and drinks with you as it is a long day for a full tour (about 7 hrs including travel time for us staying in central Krakow).

A Profound and Well-Organized Tour – Highly Recommended

Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau was an unforgettable and deeply moving experience. The guided tour was exceptionally well-organized, providing valuable historical context while maintaining the respect and solemnity this site deserves. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing detailed insights that made the visit even more meaningful.

A special thank you to our transport driver, who was not only professional and friendly but also provided a packed lunch for £12—which was surprisingly good! The small group setting (just eight of us on the minibus) made the journey much more comfortable and personal. We were really glad we chose to pay a bit more for this option, as it allowed for a more intimate and less rushed experience.

Walking through Auschwitz I and the vast expanse of Birkenau was sobering yet essential. The preserved barracks, gas chambers, and personal belongings of the victims made history feel incredibly real. It was an emotional visit, but one that everyone should undertake to truly understand the past and ensure its lessons are never forgotten.

I highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a well-organized, respectful, and informative experience. Thank you again to the entire team for making this such a valuable and meaningful visit.

Me and my boyfriend did the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum Guided Tour during our trip to Kraków in December.

It was such a sad, but eye opening experience which I would recommend everybody to do at some point in their lifetime.

Our driver, Conrad, was absolutely lovely and excellent at his job. He was great to talk to and organised everything brilliantly. Our tour guide (I can’t remember his name but we visited 12th December 2024 early morning, so unsure if anybody could locate him) but he was absolutely fantastic at what he does, he structured the tour brilliantly, was very knowledgeable, super kind and was open to any questions.

We had a great experience on this trip and were blessed with a great driver and tour guide! Thank you so much.

These aren’t negatives at all and didn’t really bother us but may bother some people… we paid around £65 each although seeing people pay as little as £18pp etc. and we were also picked up extremely early at about 7am, however you are made aware of this when booking.

Our driver was excellent and very efficient, but that was when the professionalism ended. Our guide was not the best and in fact kept leaving some of the group behind and when we caught up was already talking about what block or site we were at meaning some of the group missed out. She was very quiet and was hard to hear at times. I definitely would not recommend this tour to others I would say go with another provider as the price doesn’t reflect how good the tour is. My son had been on a previous tour with another provider weeks before and couldn’t believe how much our guide missed out on ours. Even when other groups were at the other sites we never got to go there. My advice is save your money and go with another provider for your tour.

Hello , Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are glad that you are satisfied with the service provided by our company transportation, driver etc. Information about Museum Auschwitz should be posted on Auschwitz Museum profile (panstwowe muzeum Auschwitz Birkenau Oswiecim) as they provide the service inside the camps. Please understand that we do not have any influence on guides inside the camps. Everyday we have different guide provide by muzeum. Auschwitz Birkenau Museum is a state owned institution, and in fact due to millions of tourists each year visiting the camps, they have sometimes problems with proper organization. We send your complains there, but no answer usually. I am really sorry for that, but that is the problem of over-visited places sometimes. We would love to change it somehow but it is out of our control. Also please note, tat all the tour companies providing 'tours' to Auschwitz have exactly the same problem. Regards Thomas

Excellent tour experience would highly recommend!
Great communication, picked up from hotel (which wasn’t on the list ) contacted 24hrs prior with pickup time . Messaged 12 hours before offering lunch for approx £12 pp- more than enough food for what you paid, large baguette and plenty of sides+ drinks.
Driver Sławek ensured we were taken through to the main Museum entrance and through security, provided with tickets and all info needed before being introduced to our Tour guide for the museum. Transferred from site to site by driver and taken back to Hotel. Sławek was more than accommodating and couldn’t do anymore for us.
Please book with this company to avoid disappointment when visiting the museum.
10/10 service and made the whole process stress free and allowed for us to really take the museum and sites with no worries.
Thanks for such a fab experience

We arrived in Poland the night before our visit, and we got an email to say our tour, that was originally booked for 11am, had been moved to around 6am. We didn't necessarily have an issue with this, but it was very late notice. The bus journey was absolutely fine, we all enjoyed the views of authentic Poland, and saw more than just the main Krakow area which was great, the trip was around an hour and a half.

The tour itself was brilliant. It was roughly 7 hours long, and for the entire duration, none of us spoke to each other. We was so engrossed in the information being given. You get handed a headset, and the tour guide wears a microphone, so nobody was fighting to be at the front of the crowd. Some of the rooms were so moving, and a lot of the areas you are not allowed to photograph, so there are some areas that you cannot see, unless you go.

We did have to pack lunch, which was fine! However, it seemed some of those in our group were not aware of this, I will admit, it was very easy to miss where it stated on our booking that there is nowhere to purchase food and/or drinks.

Also, we did roughly 20,000 steps, so make sure you have comfortable shoes on!

Overall, I am grateful for the experience, and would recommend it to anyone interested in the history of Auschwitz.

A heavy and harrowing experience, but a tour done with such insight and respect. Gregory the tour guide was great, but he was a bit hard to hear at the second camp, as they don’t provide headsets during this part of the tour. So this is just something to keep in mind if you are hard of hearing.

The transfer was on time and seamless, and a great value lunch was provided at a small additional cost. The only thing I would note is that they didn’t properly explain that everyone needed photo ID to get into the camps. Luckily, we all had photo ID with those but this could’ve easily ended up with one of us not being able to get in.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a piece of history everyone should visit if they can.

We cannot thank and appreciate enough how well organised this trip was. Our communication with the organisers Thomas and Maciej around pick up times and location was brilliant and the coach travel to Auschwitz-Birkenau was comfortable at around an hours travel, with our pick up being at 07.15am. On arrival we were informed of the entry process and what was required around security at the entrance of Auschwitz Camp One. We then met our English speaking guide Natalia, who was extremely knowledgeable about the unimaginable atrocities committed at Auschwitz-Birkenau, but above all she was a very friendly and pleasant guide who provided a warmth, in what was a very somber and humbling atmosphere.

The day was split into two parts with a tour around Auschwitz Camp One/Museum in the morning and Auschwitz Camp Two after lunch. A lunch bag was provided at a very reasonable cost of 50zl each (just under £10) which included a baguette, crisps, croissant, chocolate, fruit, fruit juice and a bottle of water. We were then dropped back at our original pick up point around 2.45pm.

Auschwitz-Birkenau is something that should be experienced by everyone and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip and it’s organisers to others. We will never forget it.

Amazing poignant experience. If you're visiting Krakow, it is well worth going to Auschwitz. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and painted a real picture of what the camps were like.

We purchased the lunch add on but I recommend taking a snack (which you can leave in the car and eat during the 15 minute break between visiting Auschwitz I and II) which would be cheaper. Our driver was great and everything was communicated to us beforehand in a timely manner.
