Such a harrowing experience

This place was truly harrowing and a must visit as it is very educational. It really does make you reflect on the hurt and torture caused to so many. Such a valuable history lesson, and reccommend visiting to be even more educated.

Rushed. Apathetic. Unclear

The tour itself is organised and on time however our guide Claudia was subpar. She lost half the tour within Auschwitz and didn't even realise. This is because the tour is extremely rushed and she rushes to the next site without any indication, leaving half...More

They change depending on your hotel location and whether you’re doing a full day or not. Our pick up was in the city and we were collected st 6.15am for the half day tour.

There were multiple pickups and dropoffs per day. We went at 1:00 pm and got back to Krakow around 8:00 pm.
