The lady on the boat (T6 tour at 11:15am) was extremely rude to us and had no professionalism whatsoever. The boat was late so we had to wait while the bus who dropped us off just drove away without instruction. Not happy at all with the price paid matched with the quality of this tour.

Great way to spend an hour on a Sunday. Very relaxing boat cruise for a different perspective of the water. Boat was clean, well-maintained, and staff were personable.

Lovely relaxing ride up river and back, well worth the price would recommend this, food and drink served onboard with commentary on what you are seeing on both sides of the river.

The cruise is very comfortable. Food (optional) was great. There is an automated audio guide on the way.
The cruise is shorter than I expected though

Wouldn't really bother with this tour. It felt more like we were being taken around a council estate/ building estate and all of the commentary was in Dutch, even though nearly everyone on the boat spoke English. We had to buy extra commentary boxes in English and both of ours broke, meaning we couldn't listen to any commentary at all. Tour was mediocre at absolute best. Dont waste your doller!

Dear Mellisa, thank you for taking the time to review our company. I´m really sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations. However I do not understand information about commentary, because on the boat we have English audio commentary and other languages are printed on request. Yours sincerely, Dana

We took the 10pm Vltava River Cruise in order to see all the lovely buildings along the river lit up at night. It did indeed look lovely and magical and I took loads of lovely photos. The boat turned around both ways so that everyone got a good view of both sides of the river. My Wife and Daughter enjoyed a cocktail while I had a big glass of the lovely local beer. The only criticism I would have is that the cruise was too short and didn't go far enough up the river. It only lasted about 45 to 50 minutes and we had expected it to be an hour long.

I did the 1 hour river cruise at 4pm. I booked in the morning, phoned the operator as instructed and when I got to the ticket booth, the man was grumpy and annoyed that I didn’t book 24 hours ahead. The boat filled quickly and I managed to find a seat outside at the front with a group of German tourists and their guide. If you want a seat upstairs, you need to hurry as they are taken first. As such, I received no English audio, as mentioned in the booking.
The views were worth it and lovely to see Prague from a different perspective. The weather was sunny so that helped. One hour was enough.
The on board food was good but a little pricey, as expected.
Finally, the pier is a long way away so be prepared to walk but the directions they give are very useful. When you’re finished, you can visit st Agnes convent directly across the road.
Honestly, there are so many cruises to choose from so just walk along the embankment and pick from there. They all go to the same place.

This is a one hour trip from the jetty at the top end of the Jewish Quarter down to the weir past The Charles Bridge, and back again. The boat is quite large, it could hold at least 100 people, and lunch and refreshments are available on board. We found the service friendly and the beverages reasonably priced. The views are fantastic, with unusual photo opportunities of Prague coming thick and fast. It was novel to see the Charles Bridge from below in relative peace rather than amongst the crowds up above. This is a must do trip for keen photographers and tourists alike!

This was really disappointing - we were picked up by bus to transfer to the river, took 40 minutes, we could have walked in 15? The boat was tired and could do with a makeover. Lunch was a sad looking buffet which we hardly touched - no drinks were included.

But the biggest disappointment was there was no commentary on what we were to look at. If we didn't have a map with us, we wouldn't have a clue.

Also, the boat has to go through a viaduct, which means for 20 minutes you are staring at a brick wall?

Would certainly not recommend or do again - thankfully, it was inexpensive!
