Make stops at Sydney Opera House, Hyde Park, Mrs. Macquarie’s Chair, Circular Quay, Walsh Bay, and Barangaroo. Then head toward North Sydney and the Secret Garden via Sydney Harbour Bridge. Along the way, your guide provides commentary about the sights and provides tips for places to visit on your own later. Your tour ends back at your departure point.

I really can't think of a better way to get an overview of Sydney and see the main sites. Great guide. Riding the bike was a lot of fun and we rode through some really beautiful areas.
