Itinerary

Roll out of bed and catch your early-morning tour bus right at the door to your hotel. Leave urban life behind via the Sydney Harbour Bridge and enjoy the changing scenery as your guide takes care of directions and driving.

The day's first stop is the Australian Reptile Park to peruse informative displays and see some of nature's most interesting creatures. Move on to Port Stephens, for lunch (own expense) before departing on a dolphin-watching cruise in Nelson Bay. Learn about these creatures from your onboard guide and enjoy views of Tomaree and Yacaaba headlands.

Back on land, transfer for a 4x4 vehicle for an exploration of Stockton Bight Sand Dunes, some of which are more than 100 feet (30 meters) tall. Take advantage of sandboarding if you choose.

Your tour returns you to your hotel at the end of the day.
