Visit to see Santa at Rufford.
We had pre-booked a visit for my grandson to see Santa. On arrival, we were told that they'd run out of gifts and come back in 30 minutes. On actually getting in to see Santa, my grandson was given a white paper bag containing a soft toy, the type you would hang on a baby's pram. My grandson is going on 4. No Christmas bag, No Christmas paper. We had paid £9.99 for this so called treat. It was shambolic, disgusting and insulting. To think they could get away with treating people like that. There was no organisation and I would warn anyone, not to go.

    Easy and Informative!
Lily gave us a very nice tour of Helsinki! She was on time, easy to locate, and full of great information about the city highlights. She provided useful safety information, checked to make sure all participants were properly equipped for winter touring, and gave us options to customize the tour to meet our goals (shopping time vs seeing more sites). All in all, a very enjoyable day, and so much easier than trying to see all of these sites on our own.

    Magical tour by Tatiana
Tatiana, our guide, was wonderful! She did an excellent job showing us around Porvoo. Although it’s not peak season anymore and most shops were closed. We loved the Autumn colors and privacy.

This was a very enjoyable tour where we walked, used the tram and a bus to see the famous sights in Helsinki city centre. We we were very lucky with the weather and also we were the only ones on the tour . As a result we were able to ask as many questions as we wanted. Well worth the money and a great way to get around

    Historical Helsinki with Harry.
Our 20 days trip to Finland Norway and Iceland began with our day tour in Helsinki with guide Harry of Helsinki Tours. Very knowledgeable about the history and Geography of the city Harry took us to monument like white church, govt. palace, Uspensky Cathedral. Harry told us the stories about the Russian and Swedish past, took us to old market, a mix of old and new in the city. Park showing the great son of music was our tour highlight. We had a wonderful experience. We are thankful to tour company and Harry our guide in making our day trip enjoyable on our first day outing.

    Porvoo in a day
This turned out to be a private tour for my wife and I as we were the only ones involved. The guide was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Finland as a whole and Porvoo in particular. He had personal information on the various shops and cafes in town which made the tour even more enjoyable.

‘There’s the cutest bridge which you walk across to the island.’
It’s cost us €13 in a Bolt to get here from the city centre and I’m so glad we decided to visit. The weather was stunning and it was a Sunday so it was very busy with locals and tourists. There’s the cutest bridge which you walk across to the island. Once on the island there’s multiple sites to see and explore. There’s a beach, public swimming baths and a museum. They also have many wooden huts and log cabins which are rich with history and culture and they’re perfect for photo opportunities. If you’re travelling to Helsinki for the first time, I definitely suggest visiting Seusaari Island. Whether you use a bike, scooter or car, it’s well worth the visit. Overall, a stunning island with a perfect blend of nature and history. I’d definitely recommend!

Our guide Leticia was wonderful and very informative of all the sights with those little extra side bits of knowledge your receive from someone so passionate for what they do. The tour and sight where great without feeling too rushed, although this being just a taste of Helsinki.

A great way to see Tallinn
Everything was so well organised. From the moment the booking was made to the end of the day trip, it was so well planned. Our guide took us to places we wouldn’t have seen had we just walked around and knew her city well. Tallinn is a beautiful city. I can recommend the company and this tour.

    Suomenlinna and Helsinki Tour.
Our guide Leticia was awesome. She was like a history teacher. The city tour was great since it was done by bus and we did not have to walk too much. She even provided restroom breaks. Suomenlinna is a must. It was indeed a fortress to protect Helsinki, very well preserved and still a living community. Great tour!!!

Beautiful walk and tour around with very informative guide. We enjoyed the ferry trip over which gave us a view of Helsinki from the ocean and loved meandering through the historical buildings on the island

We took this tour as we missed our connecting flight and so had to spend the evening at the airport hotel and wait for another flight the following evening. We booked quite late for a 11 am tour and the operator communicated very quickly via WhatsApp that only a 9am tour as available, which was fine by us.

We met the guide at the airport terminal tourist info desk and was taken to the city center on a small comfortable van. Our guide Mimi was great and knowledgeable about Helsinki history and culture. And we made various stops along the way and saw most of the main sites. Of course, there were strict time limits as to how long we could stay in each area.

Overall, a highly enjoyable 3-hour tour, which gave us a nice positive feeling after missing our connecting flight!
