      Highlight of trip to Ireland
Wow!!! I was blown away. This was the highlight of my trip to Ireland. The island is wonderful and biking around it is THE way to enjoy it. Tommy was our guide and he was charming. He told great stories and had all the history of the island. Ollie’s driving service to and from Galway was the icing on the cake. This was 11 out of 10!!!!

      Solid and informative
Everything went smooth and Eleanor was so charming and informative. She wasn’t a robot spitting out facts but was interested in learning about us as well as sharing her knowledge. BTW she was truly a local and told us stories about running around these places with brothers and sisters as kids.

Fun bike adventure on the Aran Islands with great guide.
Phil was a gas! We had a fun adventure with a knowledgeable native tour guide. I recommend the electric bike. It’s an extra 20€ but worth it. The biking tour itself was shorter than i expected, but thats because it took awhile to get there from galway. Phil was great to chat with along the way. I also recommend bringing plenty of cash. We found hand knit Aran sweaters in Maire’s home nearby the castle and they were absolutely amazing (140€ each). But the only ATM on the island was broken! Not to miss if you want a great Aran sweater.

An incredible time biking the Aran Islands with Ollie
OMG we are just back from Ireland and one of the activities we did was the Aran Island Bike Tour with Ollie - it was exceptional! From the moment he picked us up in Galway (in his orange van and sweatshirt) it was a fun adventure. We had stops along the way until we arrived in Doolin and took the ferry to one Inishmore. We grabbed our bikes and the adventure begin; fun, exciting, informative, funny, engaging ... Ollie was just a great guy to lead a tour and to be our guide. We truly had an exceptional day, learned lots, engaged with Ollie and ended our day back in Galway SO happy we did this tour. We have recommended it to two sets of friends; one currently in Ireland and one going - don't miss it! Robert and Ted

      Fabulous day trip
Our guide Sofia was very personable and knowledgeable. She made the trip super fun and happily answered all the questions. Scones were fantastic and the man in the scone shop came over and talked a bit. Very good local perspective. I highly recommend this day trip. Sofia gets bonus points for bringing fantastic weather with her.

      Great turn!
We really enjoyed this journey! The guides were very nice and friendly! The break after the visit of the island (by e-bike or regular bikes) is in a lovely cafe with tasty scone and different other pastries. On the island, you can also try a pub and take a very good hot whiskey. It could be nice to have a turn in another area like the Doo Lough's area. Thanks again, and see you!

Great way to see the Arun Islands!
We enjoyed our guides and the island. It was a bit crowded with other tourists. I think there was a miscommunication with the guides as we weren’t split into 2 smaller groups which made it challenging at times. Phil was great at telling stories about the island. I would definitely recommend an e-bike as there were some hills and I would have found it hard to keep up otherwise. We were debating taking the boat to Cliffs of Mohler after the tour and Phil helped us get in the right boat to do that. Note: I did mention to the owner about the larger size group and he immediately took action so I don’t think it will happen again!

Fabulous day at the Cliff's with Phil/ Ollies Tour company!
I highly recommend using Ollie's Tours!! Phil was our host (but we got to meet Ollie too) and the entire day was fabulous. We learned a lot about Ireland from Phil a great tour guide. I'm not a fan of busses and tours in general but a 4-5 mile hike with small group was amazing. Everything was as expected

Great tour, great guide, great experience!
This was an excellent tour! Tommy, our guide, was absolutely terrific. While riding around this lovely island, Tommy made sure that everyone stayed safe and felt very comfortable. He made us smile and laugh while had this lovely bike ride around the island. As a local resident of the area, and very knowledgeable, Tommy shared wonderful stories with us and gave us a great background and history of the Aran Islands.. and he did it in a very interesting and entertaining way. The tour was wonderful, but Tommy made it even more special with his great stories! And just a note about the bikes. They were great! The bikes were in tiptop shape and the bike shop also provided helmets. I chose an electric bike which I’m really happy that I did. There are some hills and it makes a lot easier to ride. I had never rode an electric bike before and I was a little nervous about it, but it was very easy. I’m a senior citizen and I was really concerned that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the group. The owner of the company, Ollie, recommended the E bike for me for me and I’m glad he did. After the bike ride was complete, Tommy took us to a great place for delicious scones on the island. The family that owned the bake shop was so gracious and they came out and chatted with us and told us more great tidbits about the Aran islands because this family goes back generations. One other thing I would like to say is that Ollie, the owner of this company, is terrific! He has made a great company and he is extremely professional and so passionate about what he does! I went on another tour with this company along the Cliffs of Moher, hiking from Doolin and that was awesome also! I spoke to Ollie on the phone before I booked both the trips. He was so nice and helpful and gave me a lot of information, answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this tour. And I would highly recommend taking any tour provided by Ollie’s tours! Great experience while you are touring the great country of Ireland!

Conor C is a master story telller!
This is a fantastic trip. Our tour guide Conor C was a wealth of information about the Aran Islands and Irish history. Conor is a terrific guide who makes the 9:30-2pm tour an exciting journey. We saw a 14th century castle, a 10th century sunken church, countless stone walls with stories and a shipwreck. This was a highlight of a 10 day trip!

Amazing Cliffs of Moher tour with Tommy
We had the most spectacular time on the Cliffs of Moher private tour with Tommy! He was an absolute joy and provided so much interesting information and history! He also works as a storyteller and we were treated to a very well told, entertaining story at the end of our tour! Highly recommend!

      Beautiful and entertaining tour!
Such a fun day and tour! Our guide was Phill and he was great, we loved chatting with and learning from him! We got to see all of the main sites on the Island that we probably wouldn’t have been able to find on our own and learn more about the history. The scones and tea afterwards were delicious!

      Must Do Experience!
Tommy was the most amazing tour guide. Informative about the island but also about Ireland living in general. Fantastic bike ride around the island and then a stop for homemade scones & tea. Outstanding experience!

      Our Favorite Tour in Ireland!
This was our favorite day in Ireland. We got fabulous photos and the guides Tommy and Phil are so knowledgeable, friendly and great story tellers. The hike offers incredible views of these stunning cliffs, and you get to see beautiful horses on the way as well! Book this tour— you will thank yourself later!

This tour was the highlight of my trip to Ireland! The views were spectacular and completely blew away those that could be seen from the visitor's center. Our guide Phil did a great job engaging with every member of our tour group from 3 different countries. He provided a great history of the area and the trail. He also notably went above and beyond to make certain everyone was safe to navigate the trail during heavy rain and wind. Hiking shoes and rain gear are a must. My fear of heights only gave me pause a few times but overall I felt safe and confident throughout the hike. Highly recommend this tour as THE way to experience the Cliffs!

An amazing tour with breathtaking scenery from doolin all the way to the cliffs of moher. Ollie was a hilarious bag of knowledge throughout, I highly recommend his presence.

Note - On the day we were lucky with the sunshine but I would recommend bringing wet gear just in case of typical Irish weather and also wear decent hiking shoes.

This tour with Ollie was a highlight of my Ireland trip! Ollie is a fun and knowledgeable tour guide and we were able to see some of the best views of the cliffs. We have photos and memories to last a lifetime!

Our tour group was 4 of us in our mid-20s and it took us about 2.5 hours for the hike with 4 steep inclines and stops for photos along the way. The weather changed a bunch when we were hiking, so definitely recommend proper coats & hiking boots for this - some muddy and narrow paths will get your shoes and socks wet!

We had a fantastic time on the tour from Doolin to the Cliffs of Moher. Our tour guide Lee was wonderful, she gave us fun insights about the area and made sure we had enough breaks on the way to the cliffs. There was some uphill walking involved, but it was generally very manageable and we had a fabulous time. Starting from Doolin means the views keep getting better as you walk along the path and you see the cliffs rising ahead of you. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area as it provides breathtaking views of the cliffs that you would miss if you just go to the visitors center. It is also good to go with a tour guide to make sure that you take the right path and are aware of the more dangerous spots of the hike.

Absolutely the best way to see the Cliffs. It isn’t that Ollie’s tour takes you to vistas most other tourists can’t access or just aren’t aware of, but Ollie himself is entertaining and a great storyteller who makes the adventure more fun. Highly, highly recommended!

I can't put into words how amazing and special Ollie made this experience. I planned on proposing at the Cliffs of Moher but wasn't sure, logistically, how it would work. Ollie made the whole process extremely easy and comfortable from our first email exchange to the actual proposal. He knew the best spot to take us on the cliffs and took the absolute best photos, even in the pouring rain. The bluetooth speaker Ollie brought, as well as the champagne, made it all the better and I cannot recommend Ollie enough. What an incredible experience.

Awesome value. The cliffs themselves are more than worth the cost. However, their is so much more. There is the obvious knowledge but way up there is Ollie’s larger than life personality, sense of humor and stories (some possibly true).
Whatever you do, ask him if any birds nest on the cliffs. Thanks Ollie for a fantastic afternoon.

Connor C. was an exceptional guide for our tour of the Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Islands. His extensive knowledge of the area's history, geography, and culture greatly enriched our experience. Connor's humorous anecdotes and engaging storytelling kept us entertained throughout the day. He truly showed us "the craic," making the tour both educational and incredibly fun. We couldn't have asked for a better guide to explore these breathtaking sites. Highly recommend Connor for anyone looking to explore Ireland with a knowledgeable and witty guide!

If your mobility allows you, THIS is the way to see the Cliffs of Moher. Instead of going directly to the visitor center, the walk avoids the crowds and gives you an array of breathtaking views you wouldn't otherwise come across -- as I encountered countless photo ops along the trails.

Connor was a terrific guide -- offering nuggets of Irish history, taking our pictures, and being mindful of our safety all along the way. You can tell he really enjoys his job!

I couldn't recommend the experience enough. Oh...and I highly recommend wearing hiking boots -- as there are a number of uneven and potentially wet surfaces on the path.

My family and I booked the 5 mile hike of the Cliffs of Moher. Conor was our tour guide. He not only helped guide us along the trail and shared history about the Cliffs and surrounding area, he also kept us entertained with his friendly and good humor. We had such a good experience on this tour, we booked another tour for Inis Oirr for the following day. It just so happened that Conor was our tour guide again and he did not disappoint! We biked and walked the island and learned about its history too. Conor was even kind enough to wear a backpack for a family traveling with two toddler aged children. If you are thinking about a guided tour to enhance your experience of the area, I would definitely recommend Ollie Tours and more specifically hiking the Cliff versus driving. And if you happen to be on a tour with Conor, rest assured you will be in good hands that will also prove to be a good time.
