This was amazing! I went on the Distillers Apprentice tour with the amazing John Madden as our guide. Small group, just 7. I have been to ALL the big bourbon house in America and this just blows them away! The tour felt so personal that I almost did not want to write a review, I wanted to keep it all to myself. And the whiskey we tasted brought a tear to my eye…really..and I did not even notice until another of my group as me if I was crying! Haha. Thanks John for a truly incredible and memorable experience.

Very enjoyable morning learning about the process of whiskey. Very cool to see all of the barrels lined up. Lots of great history and information provided throughout the tour. I am not a whiskey drinker but I did participate in the tasting. You won’t be disappointed with this tour…..even in all the rain.

This experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were absolutely amazing. The tour guide was brilliant and was well educated in the area. He was excellent at answering questions. It was a very positive experience and overall very enjoyable

We did the Jameson premium whiskey tour last weekend as a group of four, none of us were Whiskey drinkers up until we did this tour.
Out tour guide was called Bart, have to give him a pat on the back he did an excellent job thoroughly explaining the difference between Scottish,American and Irish whiskey and best of doing the tasting was a real eye opener.

Excellent Tour. I brought a group of students from France here last week. They are studying Spirits for their masters degrees and they loved the tour. The staff are excellent and the tour is really interesting. Well done to all.

An excellent tour around the distillery with a very informative guide. It was really interesting to see how the old mill and factory worked. The micro distillery really brought all the information together. The tasting at the end really rounded out the experience- and of course Jameson triple distilled is the best!

Went on 12th Feb on a Sunday,4 of us my brother in law had won tickets,well from the minute we arrived I must sat what a fantastic experience it was,the tour guide was very understanding and clear spoken,the history to the place is fantastic,than as we're premium we were taken to another room for more education and samples,from what I can remember they were lovely,,than back to bar for a jameson cocktail,besides that staff were so nice and helpful and answering any questions asked,

The Jameson facility in Midleton (Cork) would be a challenge to someone with mobility issues. It involves considerable walking and use of stairs. It's a great experience but I'd suggest it might be too stressful.

Will be in Dublin and Cork for a day each. What is the difference between both Jameson places?
I'm not 100% sure but I believe Cork is an active distillery whereas the Dublin is not.
