    Some confusion at disembark because no rep there to get us to the correct shuttle. It's a super busy tour bus area and lots of people, so be prepared to wait while everyone makes it off the ship. Tour covered all the highlights and was very informative but we were disappointed

    Driver was Claudio, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Rome was amazing, line up for St. Marks square was too long for us to wait as Pope was addressing the crowd and security was tight. But managed to walk around perimeter and take pics. Had a wonderful lunch Claudio
