We did the private 4x4 tour, which was such a fun adventure! We had the absolute pleasure of having Nikie as our English-speaking tour guide, and she was fantastic! Super knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and always ready to take our photo. We visited two stunning temples, explored the Magic Garden, and even cruised through the jungle on the top of the 4x4 – that was a thrill like no other! The day ended at a beautiful waterfall, which was the perfect way to wrap up the tour. The only small downside (and this is totally on us!) was when we asked to see the elephants. Unfortunately, we didn’t specify we wanted to visit an ethical sanctuary, and the elephants near the waterfall weren’t part of an ethically-run organisation (just a heads up!). We decided not to participate, but it didn’t take away from the overall amazing day. Highly recommend this tour, especially with Nikie leading the way!

We had a brilliant private tour organised by Mr Samui. The guide was great with good English and excellent knowledge of the island, its people and culture. We went to: - Big Buddha temple view point - Wat prai lem (beautiful temples near big buddha) - ⁠Chaweng beach - Had tong takian known as Silver beach or crystal bay - Lamai Market - Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks (grandfather and grandmother rocks) - ⁠Elephant Home - Mummified Monk at Wat Khunaram Lamai - Secret Buddha Gardens All in all an amazing tour that let us circle the entire island and see lots of amazing sites. Best part - visiting the Elephants at the Elephant Home. I'd 100% recommend the tour - Thanks Mr Samui and team.

Our tour guide is the best. He spoke fluent English and he took care of us very well. We are a group of 5 - 4 seniors and 1 young adult. We rode in a spacious van. We visited most of the places that were suggested on the ititnary. The guide is very flexible with our schedule and requests. Our nephew, with a group of 6 including baby and kid, he also rented a driver / van from the same company at the same time. We were able to do the first 1/2 of the activities together, then after lunch, we do other activities separately. I would highly recommend this company for all .

We did the jungle tour with Noom as our guide. He was great and we learned a lot about the Monks and their culture and saw some beautiful things. Highly recommend them.

Booked a private tour with Mr Samui whilst still back in South Africa. Paid a deposit to secure booking and advised them of my itinerary. We had been cruising from Bangkok and had severe delays with docking in Koi Samui as the seas were very rough . This process took approximately 5 hours and whilst this was ongoing , I was constantly checked on and ensured that our guide ( Natt) would be waiting for us ! We eventually managed to get onto shore and Natt greeted us with a huge smile ! We were picked up in luxury with a fully serviced vehicle with AC! Due to limited time , we had to decide which sights we would like to see ! Natt was simply amazing & understanding of our situation . She gave us sound advice and told us exactly which sights we could see which would make our trip memorable. Thank you Mr Samui for your exceptional service ! We did the 4x4 adventure tour with a driver (Pot). It was fantastic. We saw a side to Ko Samui that we wouldn’t have normally seen and the driver was very knowledgeable about the island and the things we saw. The trip up the mountain was a real highlight.

The private airport pickup services were punctual with a comfortable wagon. We also hired a private half-day tour in Koh Samui which covered local temples, a nice beach, waterfalls and a great drive around the island. Nom, the driver gave us great guides at the venues.

Very reliable transportation company. I booked my trip entirely via email with minimal details. Was able to accommodate stops with no issues and last minute changes on times Drivers are professional and extremely knowledgeable of the local area. Very well done and rivals some of the best professional transportation companies in the world. The price is extremely fair and reasonable. We had a private island tour with these guys today and our driver was Mr Thai. All I can say, it was a fantastic way to see the island. Our driver went at our pace, took some great photos for us, explained the local food and had excellent knowledge of the history of the island, bookings are limited and suggest booking in advance. I found Mr. Samui at TripAdvisor and contacted him from FB Messenger on Nov. 17th for my arrival at Koh Samui airport pick up and drop off at 5 different resorts and drop off back to the airport and got a quotation for a total of +3400 baht + offered a 5% discount if all is paid in arrival day. We started to communicate before I arrived on Dec. 5th at Koh Samui but from the first impression that I realized there might be communication, the gap was the driver who picked up us at the airport was not Mr. Samui nor anybody who has been messaged with me for 2 weeks long, and I did not get any of notification who will be picking us up and how am I be able to pay in full payment in order to get 5% off discount, the female lady driver did not aware or acknowledged anything about the total payment nor the discount, her language ability for communication is limited but that's ok with us, I thought somebody else will update with us later since I have 4 more resorts arranged with them in the next 2 weeks period of time. On Dec. 7th which was the 3rd night after we arrived, I inquired half-day tour and got the quotation for 1800 baht for a 4-hour price and Mr. Samui was not available on Dec. 7th, therefore, I booked the next day, Dec. 8th so I can meet Mr. Samui in person. Mr. Samui was kind, friendly, professional, just like a long-time friend, and seems the same person who has been messages with me for all the 2 weeks prior. I totally trusted him and depends on him and did not confirm with him about the transportation he quoted me on the messenger. at the 2nd or 3rd hour of the tour, we mentioned about interest to have massages, he then show us an outdoor beachfront simple massage hub, we ordered 2 hours of massages treatment but Mr. Samui did not mention a word if there's an extra charge for his service if we are taking 2 hours long of massage treatment. Assuming there are no extra charges since he did not mention a word. 1 day before we went to the last resort, I used Whatsapp to ask him if on the way to the destination, can he stop by any of the tour sites and he replied yes and he did not mention any extra cost for it and he did take us to a waterfall site and did not stay more then 20 minutes and left to the final destination. 1 day before we were checking out of the resort and headed to the airport, we were still communicating with Whatsapp but he did not mention a word next day he won't be picking us up and how much the total payment would be, I thought it would be just the same amount whatever the quoted on messenger black and white but unfortunately, it was not what happening, he sent his wife without informing me again and his wife asking to collect the payment for 6600 baht after 10% off which before the discount was 7400 baht but I have been quoted for 3400 baht (5% off if pay full on arrival day will be 3430 ), 3430 + 1800 half-day tour = 5230, what the world from 5230 baht to 7400 baht? I refuse to pay the 6600 (after 10% off) because I have never been informed and Mr. Samui never communicated and go over with me for the price different than the what he quoted me, his wife using language barrier and claimed she know nothing about the billing and I asked her to call her husband and she never give the phone to me so I can ask him about why the price so much off and what she was saying the prices were quote by the accounting staff from the company, that was not the right price, what was the terrible excuses to overcharge the foreign travelers when they have a flight to catch in 1 hour, do I have the right not to pay? After I left Koh Samui back to Bangkok, I sent Mr. Samui the screenshot for those quotations that I received from him, I don't care who's the party responded to my request but it represent the company and whatever the price differences are considered of breach the contract, I have never heard from him again. I have been back in the States for 20 days, I still can't get over this incident, I am start thinking Mr. Samui intentionally asked his wife to pick us up and drop us off from the airport so he can ask his wife to deal the conflicts by using the language barrier and she knows nothing about the payment/billing. This is the most disappointed that I am experienced in Koh Samui, I thought I met someone who knows about customer service, knows about honesty, looking for a long-term representation instead of just looking for one time shot, I guess I was wrong. Building a trustworthy business is not easy but ruining it is very easy and simple, does it worth it to overcharge a foreign traveler and know the travelers do not have time to file the police report by fraud? If there's really a misunderstanding of calculating the transportation charges, Mr. Samui would have responded to my WhatsApp messages instead of ignoring it. I would never trust any of these private tour guides when I travel to Thailand again and I thought found Mr. Samui as my transportation guide was my luck guess I was too naive, I would like to post my experiences at here so people would not have experienced what I experienced. In the future, I would rather rent the car by myself instead of hiring these private tour guides because they would not honor what they quoted you even there's a black & white quotation.

Mr. Samui Taxi is the real deal! The Drivers are friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. They are safe drivers too. We so enjoyed every trip with this company as we took their service throughout Koh Samui.

After our around the island sightseeing tour, Mr Samui recommended us to go to angtong marine park by his private speedboat. after reading some reviews on tripadvisor regarding angtong we decided to do it. so we booked it directly with mr Samui. The next dat the pickup by the villa perfect on time, mr chicken brought us to the pier. Where the captain and the guide where already waiting next to the beautiful Speedboat. We received fresh fruits, cold drinks and towels. And Angtong is just simply amazing. Great day out. Definitely recommend this trip to anyone who like to go on a private charter
