          Excellent and Enjoyable day trip
The tour was excellent. There was a bit of traffic on the way out that meant we were an hour behind but Marco our guide was kind enough to extend the day by an hour. The tour was excellent, we went to this amazing view point, then onto Buda, spent some time there then went to Pest. We had a few hours free time which was great as we could get food and explore the river area. Marco, our guide, was excellent. He was very informative about the history of Budapest, he was an excellent guide, definitely 10/10 for him. This is a great tour if you are in Vienna for 4 or 5 days and want to see something different but not have time to spend more than a day away.

          Fun and EyeOpening Experience
My wife and I had a pleasant experience during this trip. We were picked up at the hotel we were staying at exactly 6.35pm as promised via email the day before. We traveled with six other participants in a mini van. The trip was interspersed with two breaks to use the toilet or buy food. Marco, the driver, gave us an overview of Hallstatt and we enjoyed the ride with him. Catrina, the local tour guide was also very accommodating and made good explanations. I recommend this type of tour if you want more privacy and have a pleasant experience in Hallstatt.

          Wonderful day trip
Great experience! Fernando was amazing - and was full of interested information that made the drive go by quickly. The trip is rushed, as there is a lot to get done in 1 day, but you do have 3 hours in Hallstatt. That was enough time for my daughter and I to take a boat out on the lake, take to train up to the overlooks, and to grab a bit to eat. We left with both great memories and great pictures. Thank you Fernando and White Alligator!

Great way to see all the hightlights of Prague
For this tour we had a driver, Fernando and separate tour guide, Natalia. Fernando was great and took us through the country side instead of the highway so we could see the quaint small towns in the Czech Republic. He was very courteous and attentive. After he dropped us off, it started to rain hard and he came back to give us each umbrellas. Natalia was equally wonderful and very knowledgeable. I was impressed because I wanted to see the Infant Jesus of Prague and although it wasn't on our list of things to see, she was very good about working it into our schedule. Would highly recommend this tour.

          Thoroughly enjoyed this tour!
This was the best way to see the Budapest hightlights from Vienna, Austria. Marco was our driver and tour guide and he was the absolute best! As I was solo, I sat up front and was able to witness his very safe and courteous driving. His knowledge of both Vienna and Budapest were excellent and his commentary while he drove was both informative and entertaining. Would highly recommend this tour.

          All Day, Great Memories
We loved our driver, Fernando. He had a nice sense of humor and his English was excellent so we thoroughly enjoyed his discussions of history, geography, and music. He also was extremely patient when my kids donned their bathing suits and jumped in the lake! Both guides, Helga and Gabi, were interesting and thoughtful and gave us memorable soundbites rather than boring useless dates. Thanks to all and especially to Fernando for enduring a 2.5 hour crash on the A1 that made for a very long driving day. The van was so comfortable!

Great tour. Be prepared for long drive.
The guide Ferdinand picked us up from hotel on time in a small minivan that fit a group of 8 prople. As we were leaving Vienna he gave us some background on it & tips on where to go. We made a stop after an hour at this lovely restaurant to eat something & have a coffee then continued on. We stopped at a couple of places before Salzburg that had some amazing views. At Salzburg we met another guide, Peter, who walked around with us & gave us the background on Salzburg, mentioning Sound of Music movie & showing us where Mozart was born. Then we were given some free time to wander around & have lunch. After that it was another long drive back to Vienna.

Awesome trip to get away from the city for the day. Plenty of stops to take in the beautiful Austrian countryside. The tour guide was very informative.

          Budapest – Private Day Tour
Highly recommend White Alligator Tours. While visiting Vienna we wanted to take a private day trip to Budapest. I booked the tour several months in advance. Our questions were answered timely about an itinerary and booking the tour was easy online. Balazs met us at our hotel on the day of the tour before the appointed time. We enjoyed a pleasant ride to Budapest, approximately 2.5 hours with a stop along the way to grab coffee. Balazs grew up in Hungary and now lives in Vienna. His insight into the local area kept conversation interesting and lively throughout the day. We visited Gellert Hill; Castle District; St. Stephen’s Basilica, Heroes’ Square; and Central Market. As we drove thru the City Balazs pointed out many landmarks with a quick visit to the Soviet Heroic Memorial, which is flanked by the Ronald Regan statue. Our return trip to Vienna was just as pleasant and we arrived back at the prescribed time. Thank you for a wonderful day.

Prague is a lovely city to visit!
Prague is a beautiful city. White Alligator handled us over to a local tour guide who led our tour once we arrived. He led us at a fast pace through Prague. We were not allowed much time for photos and could not stop for fear of being left behind. Prague is a beautiful city that I would love to visit again.

          Worthwhile but inevitably rushed
Trip was as expected--worthwhile though brief. Driver Balosh was exceptional: informative, sensitive, and drove very well through pouring rain on the return. Our guide there was just okay. Knew her stuff but kept moving when some weren't in earshot. Tour was two hours then we were left to eat and wander for three more. Prague was jammed with tourists. One issue: pickup point was at hotel .(Grand Europa). which was closed and street blocked

I visited Central Europe (Vienna, Prague & Budapest) this October with my parents. We got to know that Bratislava can be visited in a day trip from Vienna. Thus,we chose the Private Day Trip to Bratislava from Vienna, because we were keen on visiting another country in a day.

Peter picked us up from our hotel in Vienna, at exactly 10 a.m. and we were off to our great day trip. The drive to Bratislava was quite comfortable, and we were there within an hour. First, Peter took us to the Slavin Memorial and told us the sombre history of the place. The memorial also has the best views of the old city and the castle.

At the castle, we met Joseph, who was our guide for the city centre. He showed us the Castle from the inside, walking across it all, and then through a thoroughfare near the garden, we entered the city by-lanes. We walked across the city and visited the city square, the Town Hall, the various monuments, famous statues like the "Man At Work' and much more. Throughout the walk, Joseph kept telling us the history of the region, the country, the wars and the life there. So the tour wasn't just fun and picturesque, it was extremely informative as well. We also saw a former monastery turned to a cool restaurant! Bratislava has such gems all over and Joseph was extremely enthusiastic about showing us all of them! He even helped us pick a really fabulous Slovak wine, which we definitely couldn't have chosen without him.

At the end of the walking tour, Peter picked us up in the car and drove us to the pretty little Blue Church, which definitely shouldn't be missed because it is so cute! From there, we drove back to Vienna, where Peter dropped us off at our hotel. The duration of the tour was 7 hours.

Bratislava was beautiful and what made our experience there so special was that Peter and Joseph were such amazing guides. Both of them were so kind, humble, patient and more importantly, extremely passionate about their work. Throughout the trip, we kept chatting about the history, the current affairs, various other places to be visited in Europe and much much more.

All in all, this day trip was the most memorable part of our trip because we had so much fun here, all because of the efforts by Peter & Joseph. Thanks a lot, White Alligator Tours, for making our visit to Bratislava so memorable. We wish you all the best for all your future endeavours and hope to take many more trips with you guys :)

Very nice to return to Bratislava, a lively and welcoming city. Vienna has many pleasant discoveries, the Belvedere is interesting where you can admire Klimt and others with their works.
