Booked Tour 23/8/23. Tour was cancelled less than 24 hrs before commencement of the tour due to insufficient numbers. Company made no effort to contact us via the hotel we are staying at ( the one they were picking us up from). We only found out the tour was cancelled by accident when we contacted Super Tours to confirm pickup time from the hotel. The person we spoke to whilst polite, was very abrupt and hung up immediately after completing her prerehearsed speech that we would receive a full refund. No effort was made on their part towards further discussion on possible alternative dates. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of reliability and communication.

Driver Richard was punctual in picking me up at my hotel location. Small group, 6 of us. It was a long drive to & fro. Local guide Misha was knowledgeable in the history of Prague. Highly recommended.

This was more than a pleasant suprise. I had booked a trip to Prague, but that got cancelled the day before. I was offered the small group tour to Budapest and I went ahead and said yes. Was a little nervous because I had read a few bad reviews about this trip (not sure if it was this tour group or not), but this was the best experience that I have had in Europe in my first 9 days here. Timo, our driver took myself and a very nice couple from Singapore. Yes, his English is a little choppy (my German is worse), but if you paid attention you were able to follow him clear. A real friendly, earnest, helpful person. Did a great job driving us there and all of us talked the entire way both to and from Budapest. Our guide in Budapest, George?, was urbane, informative, and helpful. We had easily over 4 1/2 hours in the city on the tour and then another hour on our own (although Timo said we could stay as long as we needed). The additional treat was that, at the suggestion of one of the other individuals, Timo willingly took us through his home city of Bratislava in Slovakia on the way back. I thought he was just going to do a quick drive through, but he took us to several sites in the city. I was picked up at my hotel at 7:40 and dropped off at 10. This man worked his butt off and deserves to be well paid. I would absolutely recommend this trip.

Trip advisor promised a driver available to us for the full day and a tailor made itinerary. When we arrived in Budapest our driver, Peter, told us his instructions were to simply drive us to Budapest and leave us to our own devices for 5 hours then drive us back. We showed him the trip advisor app and he confirmed that he was not a guide so he then rang his boss who told him to charge us an extra 30 Euros and drive us around. Peter tried his best to accommodate us and refused to charge the extra as we had both been misled. He tried his very best to show us as much if Budapest as he could. We are very disappointed with Trip Advisor as it's advertising appears to be false and misleading. I would not book through Trip Advisor or its associated companies again.

The trip was cancelled 20 hours before and it’s been 2 weeks and they didn’t refund me my money. I have sent many requests to the agency and to Trip Advisor with no luck. They keep promising to refund me and it did not happen.

WARNING THIS IS A CAR SERVICE NOT A TOUR. YOU WILL BE SO DISAPPOINTED. These guys are criminal. Paid over 600 Euro. Driver was from Slovakia with limited English. No idea where he was going. Relied on GPS and still made wrong turns. Smoked so the car reeked. We had to stop for him to smoke. Dropped us off in closed town TWICE. Thankfully I had demanded only 30 minutes. He was trying to make us stay 2 hours. We had 1 pm lunch reservations. Which I advised from the start. Arrived in Salzburg at 1:45 NO LUNCH FOR US BUT CHARGED A CANCELATION FEE. Dropped us off in a Closed park. That was just the best way to end... No information about Austria. Not one bit of information. ZERO. Still trying to wrap my head around this nightmare rip off. You have been warned.

My husband and I did the small group tour of Bratislava with Super Tours. We were picked up from our hotel by a very nice driver who also gave us some background of Bratislava during the drive. Once in Bratislava, we met some more in the group and Jana was our tour guide. I did not know much about Slovakia before the tour, but we learned a lot of the history as well as current state. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the personal insights that Jana provided (for example, life under communism and how the fall of the Berlin wall impacted the country). I highly recommend the tour for anyone with an interest in something a little different than Vienna. We were back by dinnertime so were able to still enjoy Vienna at night.

My flight was delayed and they had no problem accommodating. I was picked upon a timely manner. The driver had my name very visible at the airport so it was easy to spot. The drive was smooth, enjoyable and safe. The driver of was pleasant, which is very nice when you’re coming off a long flight.

Beautiful scenery. Great driver Andrew skillfully drove us and entertained us on this long day tour from Vienna and back.

This is a private car driving a group to the 3 towns. The description says tour, the price implies tour, but it was just a car and driver. Had I known that, we would have been better prepared to know what and where to plan to see. Our driver Mateo was a very nice guy. But I could have arranged a driver and a car for half the price. This was very disappointing.

Excellent. Chris was an awesome driver and Bob was a great tour guide. We really enjoyed our day. Prague is worth the visit and it is best with a local guide

We had an amazing trip to Budapest . Our driver today again ( after Prague yesterday ) was Kris - a wonderful / courteous / thoughtful and knowledgeable young man . Very safe driver . He made our trip extra special - even drove us to the top of Pest for a beautiful city view . Our guide Anita was fantastic . Overall - we would highly recommend this tour . Ask for Kris .

Our guide, Andrew, was very friendly and informative. Our objective of taking up the tour was basically to take in the sights and take tons of pictures which we really did. All three location had their own beauty, especqially Hallstatt.The drive was long but our guide kept us entertained, hence it wasnt boring. Overall the tour was well paced for us. Do note that we werent into shopping. If you intent to do so, an alternative tour that allows you to spend more time on location would be better.
