Very well organised - delivered all they promised. Great communication (we had to change our date and this was accommodated with no fuss). Fabulous tour (Tuk Tuk can go places larger vehicles can't). Olga was amazingly informative. Highly recommended.

An excellent way to see Helsinki with a style. Many thanks to our great tour guides, Juho and Teija, they have so many stories to tell about the history of the neighbourhoods, buildings and also the people who used to live in those buildings. We booked a private tour during a 8 hour lay over from the airport. I appreciate how helpful the company was in figuring out timing and finding an easy meeting point. Olga-our tour guide--was amazing! She gave an informative and fun overview of the highlights of Helsinki and Finland. We learned a lot about the history, cuisine and culture. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for the little bit of extra time we had before we needed to go back to the airport. This tour is a great way to see Helsinki! We hot to return!

Had a fantastic morning tour with Olga as our guide. Visited all the main highlights of the city stopping along the way for photo opportunities. Olga was so informative and friendly which made the tour so memorable and fun. I would definitely recommend as the whole experience from booking to being dropped off in the city centre was 5 star.

Olga was a wonderful guide. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She responded to our questions and requests with enthusiasm. Be prepared for a bumpy ride where the streets are cobblestone, not a major part of the route.
We particularly enjoyed having a street level view in an open cart as opposed to the more detached experience with a bus.
As a side observation, our vehicle drew lots of friendly attention from folks on the sidewalks and nearby cars. We got a kick out of smiling and waving at our fascinated observers!

We loved the tour! Juha was an excellent guide and also seemed to love what he was doing. An extra plus was that he did it in Swedish. Although we all speak English it gave us some extra insights into the Swedish speaking population in Finland.

Wow.....what a day we had with Olga ! We had done tuk tuks in other countries before, and really like the mobility, one-on-one aspect etc - but Olga's passion, style, knowledge and personality was really special. My wife and I totally enjoyed our day with her, and still think about our tour and experience with her. To put it into perspective - we were touring around Europe in 8 countries in 24 days - and this tuk tuk tour with Olga was clearly one of the highlights. We saw so much, she explained it so well - we cannot recommend this tour enough. This tour and Olga really made Helsinkis special for us.

We booked 2 tuks that started at the Helsinki cruise port terminal. We covered most major sites & visited the Rock church, Sibelius Monument & the Orthodox Church plus numerous photo stops. Both guides Juho & Olga were very professional with excellent commentary through the listening device. There was no problem taking a portable travel wheelchair on board. It just took up one-person’s seating space. There were seat belts so we felt safe ‘& wonderful as we could take pictures easily with no windows on the side. The tuk has a roof covering so the ride was breezy without getting sunburnt. Highly recommend it for seniors & photographers, though children under a certain age are not allowed to ride for safety reasons.
The best service was that we had to postpone the tour an hour later than the scheduled time due to ship’s late arrival & Juho replied affirmatively the night before. Would definitely do it again!

We always try to be flexible and luckily it was not a problem to postpone the departure - and also to have the wheelchair with us when only 3 people in the other tuktuk. Hi there, we are really considering booking a tour with you guys (Private TukTuk guided Tour in Helsinki 2,5 hrs), but it only allows up to 4 people per group. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children, two of them small). Would you kindly allow us to book only one? I'm sure we all can fit into one tuk-tuk easily. Thanks in advance.
